Have been following Glimour Jewellery for years as their pieces look so beautiful. I contacted them on Instagram about creating my wedding choora. I got a prompt and warm reply (even though they were extremely busy with their sale) and Simerjit provided me with advice and guidance on colour and size. Simerjit shared a number of designs around my budget and even went the extra mile by customising a bracelet when they didn't have my size in another, to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I chose first class delivery and it arrived within 2 days, very well packaged. The choora are so beautiful and even more sparkly than the photo. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend supporting this independent jeweller!

Great personalised experience in ordering items from this business. They always respond to my query and I find it so much easier to shop with them rather then going to the shops. Received my jewellery this morning within 2 working days! The service was incredible and also the packaging was immaculate!! I will definitely be ordering more. I have ordered twice from Glimour various types of tikka and earrings sets and have not been disappointed. I saw the items through their Instagram and they were even better in real life and I got my order in 2 days. Love the range of jewellery that you stock and will definitely be purchasing again for future events!

I cannot recommend Glimour enough! I got my wedding day set, choora and kaleeray from here and they were absolutely beautiful and I recieved so many compliments. Jas was amazing and so easy to work with. She matched the set perfectly to my wedding day blouse and created the choora exactly to my requirements. She also kindly handpicked a set for my sister to wear for my wedding day. My only regret is not using her for my reception set also! We will be back for more jewellery :)

Extremely rude service from Jas, she didnt want to put some choora bangles together for me to try before committing to buying... how does that work? And told me I was being too fussy about the filler bangles, because I wanted to see options 15mins into my appointment. Would never buy from here and urge other Brides not to. Ridiculous

Great service and lovely girls who run it. The jewellery was very nice but so expensive. And the quality wasn't there. I bought my wedding set, choora, kaleerey and wedding bag from there, the kaleerey broke on the morning of the wedding day and a potli bag broke that evening.

Very upset for how much I paid and how long it all lasted, the set was beautiful, no issues there. The choora pearls are very loose and started coming off within the month, I have worn the whole set a handful of times by then and already started breaking.

I did contact glamour jewelry after my wedding to let them know, they said they can fix it, free of charge, but this doesn't help my pictures I'm afraid, the jewellery will look tattered on all pictures. Nor am I close to Southall so very difficult to go to them and drop it to get fixed and back to pick it up.

The jewellery is beautiful but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I ordered some jewellery and wanted to cancel my order within the same day of ordering it. There wasn’t an option on the website to cancel so I sent an email. I got a reply 3 days later at 19.12pm from someone being rude saying I caused inconveniences by cancelling the order. It’s a business. If u know how to run a business u also know that these things happen. I didn’t see the email until a couple of hours later to which I expressed how I felt they were being rude to me.

I then got another very rude email saying that I was the one being rude and that they waited for me all day to reply when it was merely a couple of hours. Saying it’s my fault for cancelling an order. And also said it’s a small business, it’s not a small business because they have over 140k followers on Instagram.

Very terrible customer service. Running a business comes with these things happening. If you don’t have the patience or knowledge on how to run a business then don’t run one at all.

I love the set i got, it’s very beautiful. It was delivered very quickly as well. There was a little issue with the colour of the set but it was handled professionally and i’m very happy with my order. The jewellery is also very good quality. I would 100% purchase again.
