Super helpful on the phone dealing with my stupid questions and when I ordered my new skis were delivered to my door in the UK in 5 days but that included a weekend.

Really competitive pricing and No taxes or import costs as that’s all taken care of in the price - I would definitely use again.

easy to use - clear order and payment process - translation spot on and all taxes clearly displayed. Prompt and accurate delivery.

Hopeless service. Can't access the website. Tried phoning but staff are incapable of answering a simple query about where to return an item sent in error. I've wasted three days trying to resolve this matter and still haven't got anywhere. Avoid Glisshop at all costs.

I've sent twenty or more emails and made five phone calls to explain I cannot access their web site. (I've tried three different browsers and have no trouble accessing other web sites). Their only response is 'go on line' - which I've explained I cannot. I've given up hope of returning an item sent in error and recovering the cost. Are they just hopeless or is this a deliberate policy to discourage returns?

sent a pair of ski boots back under warranty, they failed to tell us to put 3 copies of the invoice on the outside of the package , the parcel was to be returned to us by ups but followed the tracking number everyday until it turned out the parcel had been left unattended on the front of our house 10 days previous. glisshop now gone aloof and saying they are trying to get ups to agree a claim etc, no customer service no thoughts about me not having any boots to go skiing with , this company is a joke , court proceedings to follow

Product as advertised, delivered on time as promised. Love these Goggles.

Update: The goggles had a manufacturing fault which arose when I was changing lenses, but they were replaced quickly and without any issues by Glisshop - thank you

I ordered the wrong size helmet - when I tried to return it I was told that if I use the return label provided, the company will deduct £40 from the refund. This is an outrageous policy to charge for a return of stock that is totally unused.

Good quality equipment at a great price, despatched on time an set up perfectly. Used them a lot and will continue to do so.

I am really disappointed. The item was small and glisshop doesnot take care of returns, it expects customer To take care of postage by themselves if they want exchange or refund. This is not case with lot of other shops

Speed and helpfulness of the staff, this is the only shop for Skis and Boards competitively priced and always as advertised. 10/10 from me always
