I bought a Moto GP Ticket for Thailand…

I bought a Moto GP Ticket for Thailand / Buriram races, on Nov. 30 2025 so 3 months before the event- 160 € approx. for a seat in Quartararo stands, because I am French and support this pilot ; more so, this tribune is well located and you can see many turns and overtakes.
Now, I have been told in January 2026 that Global Tickets from whom I purchased my ticket (I got confirmation and money was debited from my credit card the day of the purchase) that there is no more space in this tribune and the that I will therefore have to accept a seat in Grandstands which is in the middle of a straight line. Travelling from Europe and having combined my trip yo attend Buriram which is the 1st Moto GP of the season, I am very upset even though I am supposedly being offered an upgrade, which I do not care for.
I purchased and already paid for something that was confirmed so I DEMAND to be granted the order I placed. This is not a way to treat customers and I will escalate the matter.

No PayPal option

Not giving the facility to pay with PayPal. This is a much used option, where payments can be split into 3, within the PayPal app, allowing people to spread the cost of the tickets

Problems while creating an account

When we tried to make an account, it kept forcing us to go back and change the "gender" (Mr., Ms., etc.). Every time I did it, it also deleted the selected country. I tried about 8 times before giving up and continuing as a guest. The whole experience was quite glitchy and unprofessional.
