Human agents very good bot agents suck
When I finally got connected with a human agent John Roel, the help was quick, easy to understand and very helpful.
BUT this is the second and last time I will use this idiotic system. As on their website I needed a reliable service immediately at the airport before immigration so I could use the MPC app. No connection, and had to waste an hour lining up.
Tried customer support and the damn robot app asked for my email at least 8 times. Sent screenshots over 10 times and couldn’t use GPS or make any calls all day until a real agent helped me today.
Support agents are very good but we shouldn’t even need support if all works as advertised.

I had problems activating 2 eSIMs
I had problems activating 2 eSIMs, one with voice and one without. The first could have been prevented with better instructions. The second took a frustratingly long time resolve with multiple terminated chats in the App. Finally John Roel came to my rescue and fixed things in a couple of minutes.
