A friend recommended globalesim to me for travelling through South America. At first I was having trouble getting the new esim to work so I contacted globalesim through their WhatsApp customer service. The customer service representative Michelle Joy who looked after my issue was extremely quick in responding & very helpful in assisting me on finding the issue. Perfect solution. Had Probs with my QR and ordered a new ESIM. Needed only one. So the activation Date has been set to a new date - no Diskussion - only done. Thanky you. NOT the cheapest but competent.

My issue has been resolved with great customer service
I had issue activating my eSIM when I arrived in Hong Kong. I received a support from MARK who provided me very clear instruction and prompt support. He finally resolved my issue! Great support! Thanks a lot!

Good enough esim
I compared esim providers and this one is the cheapest. And yes, it promptly didn't work. But support resolved it within minutes. Airolo took longer, and it also didn't work.
