I cant really explain what made this company great, but they helped me made my Italy visa process easy and stress free. I was happy for the service amd customer care and then I got my visa and was more happy and excited. Anyday, anytime I will use them again and again for any of my travels.

Customer Service and Consistent Communication
Bamidele's consistent communication from the beginning of the process to the end, was above and beyond the call of duty. I was highly impressed with the organization but even moreso with this individual. Mr Akhash followed up diligently but I have to Bamidele is a huge asset. I had worked with a couple of other companies prior to GPS and left with a lot of distrust, but this company were transparent in timelines and very consistent in making sure that our needs were met both in the UK and the US. I highly recommend them and look forward to sending them referrals. If had to mark them out of 10, I'd give them a 20. Exceptional service. Thank you again Global Plug Services, for your NIN, Visas, Emergency Travel Docs, Passport, they are a must use.

Stress-Free VIP Airport Experience with Global Plug Services!
I used Global Plug Services for their VIP airport concierge service at Lagos airport during my trip to Nigeria and back to London. The whole process was seamless – I didn’t have to queue or deal with the usual stress of a busy airport. My passport was checked quickly, and my luggage was collected for me with no hassle at all. I felt well looked after, and the team was professional and attentive. I was highly impressed and would recommend their service to anyone travelling through Lagos airport.
