If you want a high quality of service, their professionalism is highly valued. I was referred to them through someone who has dealt with them to help me getting a Nigerian passport after doing NIN through them. Infact i had my Nigerian passport less than 24 hours of doing the biometrics. They will keep you posted on every steps and the transparency in every aspects. I stumbled upon Global Plug Services online during a moment of sheer desperation—I needed a passport urgently, and returning to Nigeria simply wasn’t an option. At first, I was filled with doubt and anxiety, questioning whether this could all be a scam. But to my immense relief, Akash, Bali, and their dedicated team came through for me in ways I hadn’t imagined possible. They miraculously managed to renew my passport remotely in 2 weeks, a feat that felt almost impossible since the Nigerian embassy here doesn't handle passports.
