Excellent!!!

On October 14, 2017 I ordered the "Hot Smoked Sockeye Salmon - 5lbs" and was very disappointed. It was the driest salmon I have ever had. The flavor was nice but because it is so dry it was difficult to swallow.

It did not match the description of what I was suppose to receive. It was suppose to be one of the moistest salmons you can purchase and it was very much the contrary.

I am sorry to say I wont be ordering this product again.

have not tried latest order received in great condition never had any problems have made several orders

So far everytime I've ordered the shipment has arrived timely and all the fish still frozen with dry ice to spare. And the fish has been wonderful (living in a place where there is never really any 'fresh' fish).

Just had the salmon. So good!! I ordered the Silver because I don't like fishy tasting fish. I ordered enough to get free shipping. My only issue is that it took over a week to arrive. I have ordered Wild Caught Salmon online from 3 other vendors and 2 were also free shipping but I received in 3 days. Other than that issue, I was very pleased.

The product I received did not look like the product photos shown on the web site. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the products I received were larger portions, (but fewer of them) than what I saw on the web site. If I could have seen the product I received on the web site, this is exactly what I would have chosen, so I was pleased with what I got even though it wasn't what was shown. I received a confirmation of my order by e-mail. I would have liked to get a PROMPT e-mail stating when they intended to ship my order. As it was I waited through a whole weekend, and then learned I the order would be delivered on a Tuesday, when I would not be there to receive it. The dry ice lasted all through the delivery day and my product was still frozen when I returned home, so the outcome was OK.

The salmon roe was frozen solid (a good thing), thawed beautifully and tastes fantastic. Timely shipping and love that it now comes split in two packages. Great stuff!

Fast delivery and the fish has fantastic flavor

I have been ordering my seafood from Global for almost 2 years now. the most important thing is the product; they always deliver 5 star product! I expect to be ordering from Global for decades!

Packaging is a PROBLEM!
Box is too big for 1 kg of caviar.
1 kg should be packed in 2 small packages, and in a much smaller cooler.
Actual package with caviar was broken, ice was melted and all plastic bags were torn.
Caviar is very delicious and good quality, but too big amount for a month without partially freeze.

I bought 10 lbs of dusky rockfish fillets and very pleased with the purchase. Delivery was fast and fish is delicious. Very mild flavor , white flaky fillets. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you.

The quality of the seafood is always excellent. The timeframe in which the products arrive is sometimes a bit hit or miss. It could take up to a week before they ship the order...but once they do it always arrives fresh and timely!
