This company is a scam!

I requested a consolidation on 10th June 2025 but until today my package its still under preparation yet its just 1 box.

I contacted customer care today and they are telling me my package was destroyed yet it wasn’t. It still had days to go and I have never had a package destroyed.

These people are thieves, I regret using them and once I ship all my packages in my account. I will never use them again.

Trust me its not worthy it if we keep loosing our packages.

You must refund for my package, cause obviously you have lost or misplaced it in your warehouse.

How do you explain that a package was destroyed yet you were processing it for shipping?

You take your customers for granted and it is not on.

Stole 2 products of mine.

I shipped 4 CAT phones and an Apple Airpods 3rd gen. When they shipped the items to me, one of the CAT phone and 1 Airpods were not in the package I received it. They are not responding to my message when I mention this. Stay away!

I’m extremely disappointed with Global…

I’m extremely disappointed with Global Shopaholics' customer support. I asked them to remove an item from my ready shipment nearly a month ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done.

They initially said it would “take a while,” but I never expected this level of delay and lack of action. The package is still sitting there with no update, no resolution, and barely any communication.

If I could give a negative rating for customer support, I would. Totally unacceptable for a logistics company that claims to offer reliable service.

I have been a loyal customer for over 3…

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. They used to be reliable but for a long time they haven't been able to deliver a decent service the way they did.

It went from poor service to bad to extremely bad. My packages that arrived at the warehouse got lost during consolidations. I know my package has arrived because they uploaded a picture on my profile. I have file a claimed the day I received the shipment. it's been over a month now but they have not responded let alone offer a resolution. Nevermind their useless live chat - giving the same response over and over.

I would not touch this business again even with a ten foot pole. If you are a startup looking for a business partner, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. DO NOT!! Trust me i have been a loyal customer every month with them for over 3 years. They are not planning to improve because i chose to stay for awhile just to see if they will change but they never do.

The service via WhatsApp is one of the worst I've ever seen and there are also no quick responses. I hope the interaction with the rest improves. I'm using the service and I still can't pay for the first shipment, it gives an error when paying.

terrible customer support, poor service

Please be aware that they do not meet the deadline for preparing the order and shipping, it can take 15 days. You pay for shipping and they give you your money back and increase the prices so that you pay more. This still takes days for you to get a response. I myself am going back to MYUS even though it is expensive, but customer support works 24 hours a day, every day.
