It was a good experience for me, the services are too fast and especially the service team is cooperative and friendly.

I was scammed by this company (Glossvita and Holidygaze). First it was advertised by using third party website to buy mini fridge coca cola so I did and paid. Suddenly it said transaction was not successful so I had to submitted again and then 2 charges appeared to be 2 different websites under one owner. I contacted those 2 websites directly and they did nothing but refused to give me the refund. They said I bought gift cards which I didn’t! Beware this scammer. I already reported to many websites for the investigation.

I signed up but wanted to cancel after a good nights sleep. I emailed and got a quick reply.

Glossvita promptly helped me resolve an issue, and I am very grateful for their efficient service!

Don't be fooled by anyone. Now glossvita.com is telling me that they will give me money to delete the review. Now where is the money? Why couldn't they give me the money on the day they falsely said they would refund me on 2025/06/05? Why hasn't the refund been made yet? Don't be fooled by these scammers. I have been asking them to kindly give me my money. I will let you know when I get the money.

Recently I had an issue with the online payment method of glossvita. I quickly contacted their support team and within 4-5 hours they replied back. Nela from their escalation team contacted me and made sure to cater to my request. Really quick and efficient customer support!

I got scammed from ordering online and apparently they said i won a promotion from the KFC survey. they took R70 out of my bank account they were supposed to only deduct R36.90 since it was for delivery but all was a scam. I'd like to report this.
