most pathetic scam I have ever encountered. I have honestly never heard or seen this business before - yet they have taking so much money out of my account. Support feels like I'm talking to a child in kinder garden. No account under my email or name but can debit my account ?? Just another business of scamming pigs.

They extend the membership automatically although I have sent official email according to deadline and their rules
