I would stay clear of this company. Booked for a morning appointment and was given a slot between 8am and 1pm, Just after 12, I was contacted to advise, the appointment was canceled due to lack of staff!
Andrew came within 2 days of us lodging the request, despite us living in the sticks. He rang in advance to let us know he was on his way- always a plus point. Once here, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was polite and cheerful and we can’t speak more highly of him, and this company.
Excellent service.

Avoid this company.
Told them my fridge stopped working but the light was on.
Engineer arrived, looked inside and said they would contact me with a replacement or repair quote. A complete waste of nearly £100. They had that information already.
I was told by the engineer my fridge freezer could not be repaired as the parts where no longer available and there where various things wrong with it, the fridge is approx 5-6 years old so i googled it and there are an abundance of parts available!
A asked different company to come and have a look and they repaired it replacing only a single part for £80 plus £60 labour, Glotech charged over £100 and told me to scrap my £1500 fridge!! Clearly the engineer didn't have the part required in his van so instead of ordering a part and coming back (which he wouldn't get paid for as its a one off labour charge) he told me it was unrepairable.
Ive called Glotech multiple times as i want my money back and they are not interested, STAY CLEAR and go to a local appliance company and ask them to come out
Having a terrible experience with this company and their subcontractor who have damaged the flooring in our kitchen. Glotech doesn't want to be involved at all even-though the repair was booked through them.
Edited top add: They have ignored all emails and their third party has still not fixed the damage to the floor.
Paul from Glotech came over to repair our NEFF oven door which wasn't closing fully. He left 20 minutes later, leaving behind an oven that now closes, warms up quickly, and I can see through the glass again. A very happy customer 😀.

Jess did a brilliant job in finding and then sorting a leak from a pipe in the washing machine…..it meant she had to more or less dismantle the whole machine case to get to the leak ..but she managed ….her chatting to herself and the machine, I think were the key elements in her success….we had great problems getting the machine back into place afterwards, but she tried hard …..the machine now works..well done Jess!

My Kuppersbusch hob stopped working and was showing an error code. Glotech is the only company in UK that repairs Kuppersbusch and they said I'd have to pay £89 for an engineer to come out and see the hob! They refused to tell me the meaning of the error code! So I was stuck. I paid my £89, an 'engineer' came for about 10 minutes then next day I got an call saying parts needed could not be obtained and I'll have to buy a new hob. What a waste of money, it feels like a stitch up. Any decent company would have just told me what the error code meant then I'd have known the hob was irrepairable without having to fork out £89 for nothing.

The team at Glotech fitted a brand new kitchen in our new house and also built and fitted wardrobes upstairs. They were efficient with delivery and installation and also a great aftercare service! The quality of their products are very good and I had no problems with their customer service! I would highly recommend using Glotech and wouldn’t hesitate in calling them again!

This company we used to find out that they gave my contract work to someone else without informing us small trades businesses, they were rude also sending emails with work that we had not recieved, they advertize there self as glotech but use sub contractors, stay well aware

I contracted with Glotech to undertake a kitchen refurbishment to include the replacement of cabinets, kickboard, sink, tap and a splashback. At the discussion stage, things went as you would expect, but from the installation process, things began to go wrong.
If you want a beautiful kitchen refurbishment carried out smoothly within the scheduled timeframe then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Glotech.
The three-day kitchen refurbishment project was planned and payment was made in full before the work commencing, as stipulated, but once paid the refurbishment took seven-month with parts of the refurbishment left unfinished and work carried out being of a poor standard. For example, the cabinet door affixed to the fridge was so poorly fitted that every time the handle was pulled to open the fridge, the panel worked its way out of the fixings and detached at the bottom of the fridge door. Ill-fitting screws of the wrong size made it impossible to fix myself. I reported this and asked for it to be repaired, but Glotech did not even acknowledge my email.
The catalogue of problems and disappointment compelled me to terminate the contract with Glotech and I will have to find a new company to rectify problems and complete the job. Glotech not only failed to complete the work as agreed and on time, but its workmen caused problems that left my kitchen in a worse condition than before the refurbishment. The problems caused over the seven months include:
1. Some cupboard cabinets are not properly aligned, with edges hanging below the level of others – after many requests to rectify this, the problem was never fixed
2. The fitters left glue stains over the top of all the cabinets which I had to clean off
3. The kickboard is completely loose
4. Glotech seemed incapable of measuring and ordering the correct size sink. The fourth sink that the company supplied is still sitting in my hallway and another company will have to finish the job
5. After an aborted attempt to fit sink number 4, the plumber left my home having damaged the under-sink pipework so that the water pressure is too low. In addition, he turned off the water supply to the washing machine
6. The splashback didn’t even make it onto their diary to be fitted
7. The fitters broke the remote control that opens the Velux windows
8. On the first day of installation, a workman turned off the gas supply so that the electric hob could be fitted, and he did not know how to put the gas supply back on. Calor had come out at night to do this
9. The electric hob did not work for a week because they didn’t use the correct fuse
I wrote to Glotech about each problem as it happened. When terminating the contract, as set out on the CAB website, I detailed all the issues and proposed a resolution/compensation. Five days after receipt of the letter, the director contacted me to arrange a call the following day. Not only has Glotech ignored my resolution proposal; the director who made the appointment to discuss the matter did not call.
It appears to me that Glotech employs sub-contractors who are not up to the job and the company has no onsite management to check the work that is carried out by its sub-contractors. Having been paid in full in advance, Glotech’s customer care ended with payment.
A horrible experience. Glotech ruined the experience of having my kitchen refurbished - choosing Glotech was not a sure or safe bet but a risky gamble.

I ordered a new dishwasher 3 days ago, and the team arrived promptly, having given me a call to let me know they were coming, and they removed the old dishwasher and fully installed and tested the new one in a very short amount of time. The installation team were great, and did an excellent job. I’d definitely recommend Glotech for electrical appliances and installation. Top Job!

Glotech gave me good advice and made a quick appointment to deliver and install a new fridge. They did forget to confirm with me (and themselves) that they'd made the appointment, but quickly put it right. The delivery people were helpful and careful. Only one tiny problem – the grille they fitted for air circulation is too loose and keeps falling out, but I'll fix that myself.
