Delivery of new freezer by Gary and assistant was exactly in the time scale he had advised of. Careful and polite. Sadly only issue was I had to air the rooms once they left. I guess they weren't aware.
What a wonderful polite and professional gentleman Andrew is. He was an absolute pleasure to invite into my home today and although my dishwasher could not be mended he explained the fault clearly and then went onto offer advice on new models ect through the company

Emailed a call out request on Sun 22nd Jan and they were back to us straight away with the offer of a visit on Tues 24th. This was for our Neff washer/dryer that was showing fault code E01, leak sensor. Javid arrived at 14.00 and got the problem sorted within the hour, it was tricky as its an integral appliance and not a lot of space to work in. Javid was professional, tidy and very helpful, a credit to Glotech which we have dealt with for over 20 years.

Djavid, came today. He called ahead with an eta and I immediately knew I was dealing with a well-mannered professional. He diagnosed the fault quickly and I knew that he was correct. He worked swiftly and in a concentrated way and even though I am waiting for a part right now I have been well informed on the next steps and what to expect.

Regardless of the arctic conditions, repair engineer Dean phoned ahead, parked, and commence review at 10:00. Explained each step of his review. Searched for part type and availability.
An early conclusion: a delay to locate parts from an old oven. Consultation conclusion: to replace the aging with a new modern oven. Returned to his van for a brochure and gave advice on the next procedure.
Glotech Sales are now engaged to identify and to recommend new oven.

Easy to arrange a visit for our non-draining dishwasher, and easy to move the time when I had a clash. Engineer called 20 minutes before arrival as a welcome heads up. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and effective, and had the dishwasher working again in less than half an hour. Highly recommended.

Gavin arrived exactly on time, with a ‘phone call to confirm his appointment beforehand. He quickly worked out that a replacement part was needed to repair our Samsung American style fridge freezer and explained the problem clearly to us. He was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in his abilities immediately. The part was delivered to us and fitted quickly and efficiently a few days later. Gavin was friendly and skilled and we would not hesitate in using him again.

**Dishwasher Repair**
Anyone thinking of using Glotech repairs think again.
Having had a repair carried out in April 2022 and being 5 days outside of the “repairs warranty period”
Upon phoning the job report states both door springs were replaced
❌ incorrect only the broken one was replaced
❌ engineer stated he was only replacing the broken one
5 days out of warranty !
Gone are the days of customer service!
Booked an appointment online to get a microwave fixed. Photos of problem included.
Appointment was then postponed via text and a new one made with no consultation.
Phone call asking for payment for the part. I paid and was assured the repair would be done the following week.
Payment was taken twice so I had to phone and ask for that to be sorted.
Eventually appointment was scheduled for Monday 10th, a week after scheduled appointment. He turned up with the wrong part.
Phoned Glotech assured that someone would return the call. No response.
Phoned again next day, assured that correct part was being ordered.
Phoned again on Friday as still no information to be told I need to pay another £100, and the part isn’t available for another 2-3 weeks.
Very poor. Would prefer to walk away but have already paid. Not recommended.
We’ve had a great experience. Gavin first diagnosed the issue with our fridge freezer and even gave us a temporary fix while parts were ordered. Jess came back to complete the work and was fabulous. She explained everything that was being done, fixed the problem and went the extra mile to make sure we were up and running. She was brilliant and would recommend the service and company to anyone!

Great service, Richard informed us when he would be arriving and the item which needed to be replaced has been ordered the week before on a previous visit. Great job our ice maker is now working again on our Samsung Fridge/freezer. Thank you again. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and Richard did a great job.

My oven stopped heating up. I rang on a Wednesday and an engineer ( Gavin) arrived on the following Monday at 08:00. Fixed my oven with the minimum of fuss. Gavin was very personable, very efficient and tidy. Will use them again as and when the need arises.

Terrible experience. I was charged £70 for someone to fix my fridge freezer - they attended and it took them 30 seconds to claim it couldn't be fixed. The £70 was non refundable but they offered to take £35 off the cost of a new appliance - I paid £700 for a new fridge freezer being promised a quick installation. It took the company over a week to arrange a installation date which was a further 2 weeks away. I rang multiple times to try and address the issue that I couldn't wait that long, was repeatedly told someone would call me back, which they never did. I then stopped allowing them to arrange call backs and they stared hanging up on me. Finally after 7 calls managed to arrange a refund (Lets see if it happens) - now ordering off currys for next day delivery. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with
