DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks now and I still haven’t had my order. The tracking details just show the order is pending and there is no shipping information and customer service has been shockingly poor, the reply (when I have had one) is to just be patient and wait. Personally I think 3 weeks is beyond patient, to see something beyond ‘Pending’ status on my order. I have tried emailing Jessica (the respondent to these reviews) and that reply was I’ll reach out to investigate further, and then nothing more. Literally not a single follow up to me. At this moment in time it feels like they have taken my money and have no intention of actually delivering my product. I have now asked for a refund, but again no response…. So my advice it’s to go elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

Tied into a subscription with no cancellation option

You get tied into a subscription and no way to cancel orders or subscriptions even though it says you can through the website you can’t! It’s very misleading and no right having no way to cancel a subscription that you didn’t realise you were in.

This company is so unethical

This company is so unethical! They automatically signed me up for a subscription (there absolutely was NOT an option to sign up, not even a little hidden box), they won't respond to multiple emails sent to their customer service email, links they have sent to me by their WhatsApp responses (which I also didn't sign up for) are bum links that don't go to sites for unsubscribing. The WhatsApp chat says they'll get someone right on it and no one reaches back out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto is alpha gal friendly

I have not used any of the products yet, but I am alpha gal, so I had questions about ingredients. I sent a message asking what the gel caps for the pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto were made from. Joan messaged me back quickly with an answer that the gel cap is plant based and not mammalian. I appreciate getting answers quickly. Joan was a great help.

Buyer beware

I am generally very good at reading trustpilot reviews before engaging with a company, but sadly this time I failed to do my homework and have had the same experience, as several other people, who have left negative reviews.
I made, what I believed, was a one off order but was signed up for a subscription. The money was taken out of my account immediately but the order took 3 weeks to arrive.
Yesterday, after using the product for just 6 days I received a message to say my second order was going to be sent and the money would be taken from my account.
I replied to the message immediately saying I did not want another order until I was sure I was happy with the product. I was told I would be put in touch with the correct member of the team to support me. Nothing happened.
I went online and eventually “spoke”to someone,who after several attempts to dissuade me, sent me a link to cancel my subscription.
I had a message confirming my subscription had been cancelled.
Today I got another message to say my order had been sent and monies have been taken from my account without my permission. Fuming doesn’t cover it, the only reassurance is that there are others here who have had exactly the same problem

Still have not received my order from…

Still have not received my order from 16th June. I have emailed them wanting to know where my order was, to be told there’s a tracking number and thanking me for my patience.. there’s no patience here when I’ve waited nearly 3 weeks for a delivery that should of taken 5-8 business days..I can clearly see the tracking number, but there’s no tracking information which means it isn’t even on its way

I’ve tried so many products for my hair…

I’ve tried so many products for my hair and nothing works has worked. I seen this product n the comments were great so I’m hoping it helps. I’ve lost half my hair in the past year and I’m really struggling right now. I’m praying this works for me. The ordering process was easy. Says delivery won’t be too long. Subscription scam

Can someone please tell me how you go about cancelling a subscription?? I wasn't even aware I had a subscription and now they've taken money from my account which I neither want or ordered. There's nowhere on the site to cancel and the email for Jessica doesn't exist. This is absolutely appalling and I'd advise anyone thinking of dealing with this shambles of a company to stay well away from it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
