I just ordered products from Glov Beauty for the first time today. The order process was very easy and hope the delivery doesn't take too long to come to Canada.

I ordered based on reviews found on the internet comparing several similar products. This was the number one choice from that site. The ordering process was easy and streamlined. It was clear that I was getting additional discount because I selected to subscribe (which can be canceled at any time). The company did solicit a 5-star review from me, which to this point i can give, however I just ordered a couple of days ago and have not recieved (let alone tried) the product yet.

I heard about Glov NAD+ supplements from a Facebook post and decided to try. I’ve been taking a GLP1 for over 2 years (I’ve lost 90# and have maintained it) and people were saying this supplement is a great adjunct to GLP1s. There was a buy 2 get 1 free so I took the plunge. My order arrived quickly however I only received a 2 month supply. I emailed customer service and they sent me the 3rd month in just a couple days. I’ve been taking the supplement for about 3 weeks (which I think is probably too soon to feel the full effects) and I do think it gives me more energy throughout the day.

Very easy to order. Fast delivery. I’ll leave another review after I try the product.

Ordering was quick and easy, and the website was simple to navigate. Checkout was smooth, and I’m looking forward to trying the product once it arrives. I’ll update my review after I’ve had a chance to use it.

DO NOT BUY. I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks now and I still haven’t had my order. The tracking details just show the order is pending and there is no shipping information and customer service has been shockingly poor, the reply (when I have had one) is to just be patient and wait. Personally I think 3 weeks is beyond patient, to see something beyond ‘Pending’ status on my order. I have tried emailing Jessica (the respondent to these reviews) and that reply was I’ll reach out to investigate further, and then nothing more. Literally not a single follow up to me. At this moment in time it feels like they have taken my money and have no intention of actually delivering my product. I have now asked for a refund, but again no response…. So my advice it’s to go elsewhere and don’t waste your money.

You get tied into a subscription and no way to cancel orders or subscriptions even though it says you can through the website you can’t! It’s very misleading and no right having no way to cancel a subscription that you didn’t realise you were in.

Ordering was easy and quick. I find the prices really reasonable.

Order took a month to arrive and then I was added to an automatic subscription. No way to cancel subscription on the website.

This company is so unethical! They automatically signed me up for a subscription (there absolutely was NOT an option to sign up, not even a little hidden box), they won't respond to multiple emails sent to their customer service email, links they have sent to me by their WhatsApp responses (which I also didn't sign up for) are bum links that don't go to sites for unsubscribing. The WhatsApp chat says they'll get someone right on it and no one reaches back out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Product arrived timely. Company is customer focused. Have not used product long enough to determine efficacy

I have not used any of the products yet, but I am alpha gal, so I had questions about ingredients. I sent a message asking what the gel caps for the pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto were made from. Joan messaged me back quickly with an answer that the gel cap is plant based and not mammalian. I appreciate getting answers quickly. Joan was a great help.

I am generally very good at reading trustpilot reviews before engaging with a company, but sadly this time I failed to do my homework and have had the same experience, as several other people, who have left negative reviews.
I made, what I believed, was a one off order but was signed up for a subscription. The money was taken out of my account immediately but the order took 3 weeks to arrive.
Yesterday, after using the product for just 6 days I received a message to say my second order was going to be sent and the money would be taken from my account.
I replied to the message immediately saying I did not want another order until I was sure I was happy with the product. I was told I would be put in touch with the correct member of the team to support me. Nothing happened.
I went online and eventually “spoke”to someone,who after several attempts to dissuade me, sent me a link to cancel my subscription.
I had a message confirming my subscription had been cancelled.
Today I got another message to say my order had been sent and monies have been taken from my account without my permission. Fuming doesn’t cover it, the only reassurance is that there are others here who have had exactly the same problem
