Order took a month to arrive and then I was added to an automatic subscription. No way to cancel subscription on the website.

This company is so unethical! They automatically signed me up for a subscription (there absolutely was NOT an option to sign up, not even a little hidden box), they won't respond to multiple emails sent to their customer service email, links they have sent to me by their WhatsApp responses (which I also didn't sign up for) are bum links that don't go to sites for unsubscribing. The WhatsApp chat says they'll get someone right on it and no one reaches back out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Product arrived timely. Company is customer focused. Have not used product long enough to determine efficacy

I have not used any of the products yet, but I am alpha gal, so I had questions about ingredients. I sent a message asking what the gel caps for the pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto were made from. Joan messaged me back quickly with an answer that the gel cap is plant based and not mammalian. I appreciate getting answers quickly. Joan was a great help.

I am generally very good at reading trustpilot reviews before engaging with a company, but sadly this time I failed to do my homework and have had the same experience, as several other people, who have left negative reviews.
I made, what I believed, was a one off order but was signed up for a subscription. The money was taken out of my account immediately but the order took 3 weeks to arrive.
Yesterday, after using the product for just 6 days I received a message to say my second order was going to be sent and the money would be taken from my account.
I replied to the message immediately saying I did not want another order until I was sure I was happy with the product. I was told I would be put in touch with the correct member of the team to support me. Nothing happened.
I went online and eventually “spoke”to someone,who after several attempts to dissuade me, sent me a link to cancel my subscription.
I had a message confirming my subscription had been cancelled.
Today I got another message to say my order had been sent and monies have been taken from my account without my permission. Fuming doesn’t cover it, the only reassurance is that there are others here who have had exactly the same problem

Still have not received my order from 16th June. I have emailed them wanting to know where my order was, to be told there’s a tracking number and thanking me for my patience.. there’s no patience here when I’ve waited nearly 3 weeks for a delivery that should of taken 5-8 business days..I can clearly see the tracking number, but there’s no tracking information which means it isn’t even on its way

I’ve tried so many products for my hair and nothing works has worked. I seen this product n the comments were great so I’m hoping it helps. I’ve lost half my hair in the past year and I’m really struggling right now. I’m praying this works for me. The ordering process was easy. Says delivery won’t be too long. I’ll check back after I start using it.

Can someone please tell me how you go about cancelling a subscription?? I wasn't even aware I had a subscription and now they've taken money from my account which I neither want or ordered. There's nowhere on the site to cancel and the email for Jessica doesn't exist. This is absolutely appalling and I'd advise anyone thinking of dealing with this shambles of a company to stay well away from it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

They are using natural resources not synthetics. As you get older these things become far more important.

Product arrive in a timely manner. Instructions easy to follow. Products easy to use. Skin feels soft and tighter since started using

I order previously and found that the product wasn’t for me.
I reached out because I was charged for another order, which was fine because I forgot to cancel for those reasons.
I emailed this morning connecting with Joan and she was so helpful! She was able to get future orders canceled and compensated as well, great customer service!

Looking forward to using the pumpkin seed oil! I like that it is backed by science. My hair is in bad shape. The purchase was easy & now I can’t wait to receive it!

I ordered a specific product. It came in the mail fairly quick. However, I do not remember signing up for a subscription so it was a surprise to me to get charged again the following month. I reached out to customer service, where they were able to help me cancel my subscription. Joan is who worked with me and made my experience great.

This company needs stopping it takes a subscription for a one time order and you can't cancel anywhere
