Hello Glovo team, web usability zero

Hello Glovo team,

On your desktop website, the product search box has a serious usability issue. If a user types quickly (like writing “milk”), the input lags or skips letters — so the result ends up like “mk”. This happens because your search triggers live lookups with every keystroke, and it’s unable to keep up.

Please consider adding a debounce delay (e.g., 300ms) or only search after pressing Enter. This would greatly improve the desktop experience.

It’s surprising this hasn’t been fixed — there’s no visible way to submit general feedback via your website or app, which may explain the lack of complaints.

I hope this gets passed on to your dev team. Thanks!

Avoid Glovo Morocco

I had the worst experience ever with Glovo Morocco, and I feel it's my duty to warn others from falling into the same trap.

The company deducted money from my bank account without providing any real service.

Customer support is nearly non-existent, with no professional communication or willingness to resolve issues.

Complaints are ignored completely, showing a total lack of transparency and accountability.

Honestly, I felt like I was scammed in broad daylight, with no respect for consumer rights.

We ordered a delivery in the Barcelona

We ordered a delivery in the uk. We waited to find out our delivery was sent elsewhere due to the navigation guide placing us in the wrong area. We have since tried contacting multiple times for refund or explanation to no avail. We’ve left messages and reported multiple time but no feed back on a charge of over £200.

There is no support

This is simply a violation of all the rules. The order has been in process for over an hour (it is obviously not ready yet), I want to cancel it, because I can't wait any longer, because I am very hungry. I wanted to write to support to clarify the details, but I can't, because the order is "being prepared" and that's it. It is also impossible to cancel it, only by paying for its full cost. This is idiocy, there is no way to contact support. No way. The stupidest service.

WORST WORST WORST.
On a vcation in 2024 in Malaga i used Glovo to deliver food from a restaurant. Without my knowledge i became member of Glovo Prime. After several months i found out that i every month was caharged 7.99 eur. In december 2024 i wrote several mails without geting answer from Glovo. Finally the 3. th. of january 2025 Glovo answered my mail, they confirmed that they now had canceled my membership, but they still charge me 7.99 eur. every month, i have been sending mails to their customer "service" almost every day, but they do not answer.
My advice to all posible customere, DO NEVER USE GLOVO, i´t´s just a dirty moneymachine that will make the owners rich and their customers poor.

1. **Rude Behavior:** The delivery personnel was unprofessional and disrespectful during the interaction.
2. **Lazy Attitude:** The delivery process seemed unnecessarily delayed, and there was a lack of effort to ensure timely service.
3. **Time-Wasting:** The overall process took much longer than expected, causing significant inconvenience.

As a loyal customer, I expect a certain standard of service, which was not met in this instance. I kindly request the following:
- A thorough investigation into this matter.
- Appropriate action to address the behavior of the delivery personnel.
- A resolution or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I trust that Glovo values its customers and will take the necessary steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. Please let me know how you plan to address this issue.

The customer service is a joke

Recently I ordered groceries from Glovo, and was charged twice for it. I had a lot of trouble even reaching customer service, as the replies on the help chat literally take 12-24 hours. There was no indicated number to call, and all in all it took me about two weeks to recoup my funds.
I did find the Kenya head office number, and I called them to file my complaint. There I was insulted and asked for a bribe by one man, and another man insisted I go to their office the next day for my 1380 shillings. They were rude, impatient and extremely slow to fix THEIR error. I never got a single apology throughout the whole ordeal. It was the last straw for me, I deleted my account after that.

Over the past few months, I have observed a consistent decline in the quality and reliability of their operations. This includes significant delays, errors in order fulfillment, and a general lack of professionalism among their staff.
A recent experience with an order placed through their platform exemplifies these issues. The order was substantially delayed beyond initial estimates, and the products delivered did not match those ordered (please refer to the attached photo and order history for details). This incident is not isolated but part of a series that highlights systemic problems within their operations.
These repeated failures indicate not only a lack of respect for customers but also an alarming disregard for maintaining professional standards. As such incidents continue to occur, it becomes imperative that immediate action is taken to address these shortcomings.
In light of this situation, I am compelled to inform relevant international authorities about these persistent issues affecting consumers in Romania. If these problems persist without improvement, I will be forced to draft a comprehensive report detailing all instances and notify appropriate regulatory bodies. Additionally, I intend to initiate a journalistic investigation aimed at raising awareness about this matter globally.
I urge Glovo’s management team and relevant stakeholders to take immediate corrective measures:
1. Enhance Operational Efficiency: Implement stricter controls on delivery times and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
2. Improve Customer Service: Provide adequate training for staff on handling customer complaints effectively.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to consumer protection laws both locally and internationally.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, they are asking me to go their store to return the wrong products they delivered to me. As I no patience left, I told them to just keep the amount and have deleted the app. Stay away at all costs!

Delivery from supermarket to address

Delivery from supermarket to address. The dispatch driver gave my shopping that I had fully paid for to someone else. This led to me having a heated exchange with that person in order to get my goods given back to me. The complaint procedure did not allow for contact. Very poor from the dispatch driver.
