glovoprime but charging for delivery and services

I have a glovoprime but when I ordered 2 days ago they charge me for 939.65 amd for services+ 499 amd for delivery which in total must have been 399.60 amd they did the same in my previous order too and charged me 419 amd for weather condition which was not exiting when I was adding order and they added it after I registered the order
it is now 3 days their app has technical problem and no support is answering and they keep scamming people this way in the name of their technical problem

Useless app

Why advertise a business in a country and every where I go and have tried to order from the app, including several areas of the capital city all I get is service not available in your area. The one time I had actually find a place it works I could've just as easily called the restaurant for a much cheaper price I realized and still got it delivered. There is no point in using this app.

Glovo Nigeria dispatch riders are very…

Glovo Nigeria dispatch riders are very rude and unprofessional. They talk to people online the phone without respect or decorum. They also send spoiled or incomplete items. Next they send you an email claiming they’ve delivered your items even when you’ve not got it. I’ll definitely delete their app and work with other serious minded delivery companies.

Delivery cancelled

Delivery cancelled, they said I was not there to collect, but I was waiting at my door. The number to the delivery driver was none existent, support was not available. Glovo is a scam.

During my two-day stay in Krakow

During my two-day stay in Krakow
During my two-day stay in Krakow, I experienced a complete disappointment with both of my orders.
On the first day, the delivery contained items that were completely different from what I had ordered, and several items were missing.
On the second evening, the grilled chicken I received was burnt and partially charred. Despite submitting two separate complaints to Glovo, the issue remained unresolved.

Hacked account

Terrible, got my account hacked and somebody in Romania bought with my card and i get no response from glovo.

They need to fix they security, shouldn't be possible to login in a new country and buy the saved card without any security check or 3d secure.

Don't order glovo in Poland

They have the worst delivery process, my delivery did not arrive, nevertheless I got charged full price. No attempts in contacting me either. Support is not cooperative at all, simply claims I submitted the wrong address (which is absurd, I have been living here for a long time and wolt and Bold don't have issues delivering) - Cheers

I was scammed

I was scammed. My order was canceled because they claimed I gave them the wrong address, even though I placed the order with the same address and there had never been any error before. They also refused to refund my €64 payment.

They will not refund me

The driver collected from mcdonals 4 minutes away and went in the opposite direction when it got to the stage where it was going to be over 20 minute i asked this to be taken back as it would be cold. The driver was rude, but said ok but drove here and ate the food at the end of my road. They will not refund me. This company is an absolute disgrace.

What is happened now is.

What is happened now is.. i’ll sent it the food to my family using this shit application and he not delivered the food to the correct destination indicating to the receipt then mean while, i got notification “your order was successful delivered” but it’s not. This application doing to scam customers.

More than half of the groceries I ordered I did not receive and they won’t give my money back

I’m a busy working mom and I’ve spent close to a thousand euros on ordering last minute groceries through Glovo this year. Based on my experience, normally if it’s a lot of groceries, a delivery man would deliver a bag or two and the other half of the groceries would be delivered by another delivery man. The last time (and that was definitely the last time I’m using Glovo) one man delivered a few items and the rest of the products never arrived. I never received more than half of the 50 euros worth of groceries I had ordered. Glovo refused to return my money and they will not answer my questions as to what ever happened to the delivery person and my groceries. What did they say happened? Did they make a mistake? Did they deliver it elsewhere? Did they lose the products? I have no idea and all I know is I just lost some money. I have never felt so unsupported by a service I’ve been so loyal to. How can they take zero responsibility for such robbery? Goodbye Glovo and good riddance. I have since switched to exclusively ordering my last minute groceries through UberEats.
