Very good service and I was kept informed all the time before I received the item. Now I've used the brush every day since I got it and it takes a bit of getting used to but I do find it very good for taming my wavy hair.

Extremely happy with the brush. It does what it says and is easy to use. This really is great as I have arthritis in my shoulders and find it difficult to manouver any straightners, but it is so light to use.

Love my Glowcept hair straightening brush
I love my Glowave hair straightening tool from Glowcept. I was on holidays in Thailand and found the tool so convenient. At the end of every day of high heat and humidity and sitting by a pool I used the Glowave tool to smooth and straighten my hair. Now I'm back home I still use it most days. It quickly heats up, needs charging after about every 2nd use. Because I have fine hair I find it best to hold sections of hair.
Such a convenient tool for everyday use and even fits in my handbag. If you have a fringe like me it's great for quickly smoothing out the kinks.

The Chinese are getting really good with websites that sell cheap products with Lies
Yet another company which has an impressive website but turns out to be Chinese. I ordered the the 5 in 1 styler took a while to arrive came in a broken box and is a really cheap plastic Item, their web site doesn't show that. The hairdryer got really hot when I tried it and therefore I considered a hairdryer you can't hold not a good idea, so I asked for a refund. Much back and forth emails but turns out to get a refund you have to send it back to China, at your cost, they inspect then issue a refund - but as "they understand" this is difficult to do they offered instead to credit my account. This I accepted, though by this time dubious about getting anything else.
Anyway, with the store credit I ordered some heating irons, as there was nothing else I wanted. When they came they were packed in a plain box with Chinese writing all over it and with an adaptor to use in the UK. Nothing like the ones on the website. There were no instructions but eventually I got them to switch on - The cheap (Chinese) adaptor they had sent couldn't hold the plug and kept falling out, so I used one of my own. However, when switched on they don't heat up enough to straighten hair. So I emailed their support services, as the product is clearly not fit for purpose. I received an answer by some sort of AI Bot I think, pretending to be a person, but using exactly the same words and phrases as before, who offered to reissue 'some' store credit for this item. I dont want store credit. There is nothing else I want to take a risk on. So I insisted that they refund.
They want everything sending back to China, including the original purchase, at my cost, with a warning on risks I take of transit problems, then they will inspect the goods and decide what to do. Think I've thrown enough good money at this so decided I will just take the hit. However, their latest email is quite aggressive and dismissive and they insist they have done all they can and imply it is my fault.
It's another Chinese scam website hard to detect, really well put together but every statement on it is a lie, and these people have to be stopped.

What a great little gadget. Compact, rechargeable, portable, throw it into your handbag, glove box, use it on the plane or train. Heats up quickly and has a ceramic coated plate on the brush.
