I have constantly tried to cancel my…

I have constantly tried to cancel my subscription with them and all I get is either an automated email or no response! Still keeps charging and is very hard to cancel so will dispute with my bank. Disgusting service.

Please don’t waste your money !! It hadn’t worked on me. Also they have taken another £30 out of my account and sent me more rubbish drop. I’m trying to stop them taking more money out of my account 😡

Complete bs company

Complete bs company. DO NOT sign up for a subscription. It's near impossible to stop, had to get my bank to cancel my card so they couldn't keep charging me and ignoring my emails. SCAM COMPANY. AVOID at all costs.

Unexpected Subscription – Not Clearly Disclosed

I ordered from Glowdrop believing it to be a one-off purchase. The subscription element was not clearly or prominently disclosed during checkout.

Four weeks later I was charged again and another product was sent without my explicit agreement to ongoing payments.

This kind of lack of transparency undermines trust. I have now cancelled and requested a refund.

Consumers should review the checkout page extremely carefully before placing an order.

Horrible

Horrible! Got suckered into a monthly subscription that I did not want. I have made multiple attempts in contacting them to cancel the subscription. Absolutely horrible, stay away!

Charged every two weeks for a monthly subscription, even after canceling

I ordered this product which I was told I could cancel the MONTGLY subscription if I didn’t like it… but a second order was billed and sent out only 2 weeks later. I discussed this with Chloe In their service department and I made it clear I wanted to cancel. She told me the subscription was canceled, but ANOTHER product was sent out 3 weeks later. So I was billed for 3 months of products in less than 6 weeks, and then they claimed they didn’t take returns. I have had to cancel my credit card to make sure they didn’t continue to bill and send the product (which didn’t work by the way). I have never been more frustrated over a product/service. Do not get involved… they will just charge your credit card as quickly and often as they can.

Hidden subscription, impossible cancellation, no customer support

I ordered what appeared to be a one-time purchase. The checkout page showed a discounted price and gave no clear indication that this was a recurring subscription.
After receiving the product, my card was charged again automatically. When I tried to cancel:
The cancellation function in the customer portal does not work
The page shows an error and blocks the interface
Cancellation is redirected to email support, which does not respond at all
No confirmation, no refund, no reply
The terms claim that subscriptions can be cancelled via the portal, but in practice this is not possible. This appears to be a deliberate setup where customers unknowingly enter a subscription and are then prevented from cancelling in time.
Customer service is non-existent, and refunds are refused regardless of circumstances.
I had to escalate the matter through my card issuer to stop further charges.
Avoid this company. This is a classic hidden-subscription trap.

If I could rate -100 stars I would

If I could rate -100 stars I would. It’s a scam, don’t do it. Wasted my money returning the items, and they’ve been sat in China customs for two months waiting for contact from Glowdrop - the customer service staff I was in contact with are now ghosting me since I’ve chased the refund.

A scam! Did not get my first order at all

Did not get my first order at all. A total scam. Money wasted
Tried to contact them few times. They don’t even read what is written just send same email about how subscription is automatic even though emails had nothing to do with that and then just ignored me completely. Still have no product, no money back, no answer

If there was a way to rate 0 stars I would. Customer service? Non existent. I have sent over 5 emails and 20+ messages on social media and received absolutely NOTHING back. This company is a shambles and WONT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY DO SO VIA EMAIL. Useless company and any ‘good’ review has been a collab or paid promotion for them. Stay away, they’re just desperate for sales so avoid replying to anything. I hate few companies but this company truly is the absolute worst. Hate. Hate. Hate.

I ordered ONE of these and they put me on a subscription without telling me and charged $400 aud to my account and sent me 14 yes that’s right FOURTEEN bottles in the space of two weeks! Do NOT buy from this brand! I now have fourteen bottles of this shit and I am absolutely fuming

Placed an order at beginning of…

Placed an order at beginning of January, no update and no response to emails. They sign you up for a subscription which was a nightmare to cancel ( had to email) which they did cancel but now ignoring emails. Will be calling bank to get money back. Company is in China ! They do not inform you of this on website, or provide delivery estimate. Avoid.

Its a scam girlies

Its a scam girlies, don't fall for it.

Theres no money back, no tan effects, just money hacking with a useless product (& toxic ingredients). Better go to a sun studio or use fake tan, if you really want a tan for your money.
