i spent £25 on a buy one get one free product then i read the revues on here and they scared me so much i didn't use the product! i was going to email them for a refund as it took three weeks to come, but I also didn't notice the automatic payment system that every 30 days they take another £25 out of your bank and they send you another product. i've now written three emails to them as on their website it says they give you a refund up to 30 days but they wont refund me for the promotion batch and now they say we will refund you 5% and you can keep the product or to send back it will cost me $40 in shipping fees. Its an absolute diabolical company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Signed me up to an unwanted subscription. Claiming to be a US company shipping from mainland China. I couldn’t tell you if this product works as I simply won’t risk my chances of ingesting from such an untrustworthy company!

My order did arrive, LATE - claimed they had UK & US offices yet they ship from china. They also signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge which was a headache to cancel. I will be going to my bank to cancel a pending order that was on subscription. They also delete any public comments on their social media regarding this problem. Avoid at all costs

Took a whole month to receive the initial bottles. It was NOT clear upon purchase that this was a subscription service and was charged only 2 days after receiving my first bottles for the next lot. Dishonest and disgusting.

My order took about a month to arrive, and when it did, the packaging seemed to stick to the box, which made me wonder if it was an older product. Before I even received my first order, I was charged again. I hadn’t realised I’d signed up for a subscription service.

I emailed Glowdrop and, to their credit, they responded quickly. Through my account, I was able to cancel the subscription, but it was apparently too late to stop the second order as it had already shipped. Finding the subscription cancellation option on the website wasn’t easy—it took me a few minutes to track it down.

As for the product itself, it tastes okay. I’ll give it a few weeks to see if it works as advertised. If I notice good results, I might consider restarting the subscription in the future.

They took a month to send my order out to me, and have now automatically continued to charge me. I have reached out to them via email and social media SO many times with no return contact. Probably going to have to cancel my card to stop the auto charge they've placed on it, let alone actually get a refund for the second order that I never placed.
Do not fall into this trap.

SCAM - stay away from this product. Same experience as everyone else.

Product arrived and I could tell from packaging immediately it was shonky. I wouldn’t dare trust putting this product in my body.

No response from email, social comments removed and I have been changed again for a monthly subscription I never signed up for.

You cannot leave a google review on this brand and there is a reason for that.

Edit- I eventually received my order, which was shipped almost a month later, as well as my unwanted subscription order ( which I now cancelled). 7 weeks of consistent use, I can see no difference in my tan. The ingredients listed on the bottle differ from the ingredients listed on their website as well. So won’t recommend to anyone.

1.You will NOT receive your order.
2.They will NOT respond to your emails, messages, comments, all ignored.
3.They enrol you into a so-called “monthly subscription” but never send a single item.

Their social media presence seems now fake as well. They boast over 14k followers, yet their posts are empty of genuine engagement, only desperate customers chasing answers. That screams bought followers to appear legit. Don’t waste your money, your time, or your trust here.

absolute scam, took £25 off me, logged out deleted my bank details, even after deleting this, i still had the pain the next month of another £25 being taken. Don't even know what to do now and the product is awful anyway, don't need the stress. Don't bother yourselves with it

This company is absolutely scamming people they took monthly payments without my permission. They said their customers are subscriptions based monthly. It was so hard to login and cancel so l had to change all my banking details because of them. Their product doesn’t work gave me headaches and metal taste in my mouth please don’t fall into trap..

I purchase 1 bottle ( buy one get one free) to try however I have been debited today for a third?? I have now been signed up to a monthly subscription without my authority??
Product doesn’t work and hasn’t agreed with my stomach. Nothing back from the company so far! Not impressed
