As with other people comenting on this forum about glowix, I also purchased a pair of boots which were nothing like the description and picture, sole has come off one boot after walking in snow. Don't use this company and add Londons Finest to your list.

I returned boots in January 2024 , which were not as described on Facebook. The boots were not fit for dog walking and were of exceptional poor quality.
I have contacted Glowix constantly and keep being told to be patient for my refund.
I would recommend everyone to not buy anything from this China based company, as to my personal experience the items are not as good quality as advertised and they definitely don’t refund your money.
I hope this helps someone else before they buy anything from this company.

If I could give no stars I would. Returned some walking boots last October and still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The boots are not leather and are shopped from China. Mine fell to bits in about 6 months of light ware.
I have now secured a refund via Paypal

Utter rubbish product. Ages to receive. Not leather. Wrong size.
Ordered in a moment of madness.

Unfortunately another customer with ZERO rating - not pure leather but pure plastic.
Received today but after reading reviews after the event I didn’t expect too much.
DO NOT BUY - these boots are plastic such a rip off being classified as pure leather

Don’t order they are a scam they send out misleading shipping information and then give you a load of B…….. about production runs and demand ie they haven’t even got the product to sell you and refuse a refund at every turn.

Not a UK company. Products from China. Slow delivery 3 weeks, not 3 days as promised. Leather shoes are artificial leather. Purchased a pair of “leather” boots, they arrived wrong size and not real leather. I wanted to return them, but return to China costs 60% of cost of shoes, they tried to offer discount on next pair. They would not pay for return postage to China of wrong sized shoes supplied by them. Also, shoes were in the reduced section of their website, so returns policy at the bottom of all the terms say that they will not refund your money on reduced items even if they arrive safely in China. Also known as GLOWIX. Beware of this company. I suspect the glowing reviews on the Eleganza UK website.

I ordered a pair of boots size 5 with this company. 3 weeks later (not 2-3 days) I received a size 7...
Discussed with their customer service team and they told me I have to pay for the shipment back to...China. All they were asking was the shipment tracking number and I would be reimbursed. 4 months later and £75 out of pocket (£50 for the boots and £25 for the shipment back) I still have not been reimbursed!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I have worn boots 3 times and many of the eyelets have come away from the leather. Not fit for purpose!
Very disappointing

To be honest I would recommend that you DON'T order from this site. Order took 3 weeks, boots not really like the pictures and they have a 'lovely' plastic aroma!!!! This company is based in China not the UK, so unless you can pop over and pick up your boots you are not going to get them in 1-3 days. Not worth the effort. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Not received the boots yet .. ordering we believed from GetElanganza,,,very smart web site Fast UK delivery UK etc....emailed the company after a week to verify order...get a reply from Glowix who are based surprise surprise in China. Feel stupid now to have been taken in

Appalling conduct by this company! My shoes were never delivered and they have kept my money.

Supposed to be waterproof, durable (never worn them), but you can tell just by the look & feel that they are crap!! 🤬🤬Emailed them & said I could return them but to CHINA!! No mention of that on the website & it would cost about £25 at my expense to return, criminals!! When you read the comments on social media everything was how good they are, blah blah. Avoid, scumbags🤬🤬

Bought boots, supposed to be waterproof etc.... well.. They let the water in, the grips are not safe and nearly fell over, build quality is so poor made from thin plastic like book material. Advertised as if a UK company but they are defiantly NOT they are based in China..!! Delivery took 3 weeks even though the add I seen said 3 days....... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The very worse example of cheating Chinese suppliers. Advertise as if from UK and state a 1-3 day delivery. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks from China as it turned out. Boots advertised as leather but when they turned up they are made of plastic/pvc.
Returns policy sounds good until you find out you have to pay for shipment. Avoid like the plague.

Boots arrived they look and feel ok but I for once didn’t price check, could of got them for far less elsewhere!
