I purchased a pair of RoyalStride leather boots from Glowix U.K. Unsurprisingly perhaps I had a long wait as they shipped from China. When they arrived I realised they weren’t leather at all but fake leather PU. I complained and requested a returns label, in response they gave me an address in China and told me to post them there at my cost.
So I’ve contacted my credit card company for a full refund.
If you’re still determined to buy from them be sure to use your credit card so you have some recourse as they will wash their hands of you.

Ordered a pair of boots. Not happy with the quality. Asked for a return address to get a refund. Guangzhou, 510407, China. Not a mention of this on there website. Will update if I get my refund.

Where to start…. Ordered a pair of tactical boots from Glowix Uk, imagine my surprise when the tracking indicated they were actually coming from China, not over the moon but let’s see, 3 weeks later they arrive alas not size 9 but size 11. I wear them with thick socks so not too bad! 3 months after purchase my feet start getting wet - the uppers have become unglued from the soles!! Contacted Glowix(UK???) and “ sorry we operate 30 days return policy “ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would just like to confirm the reviews of everyone on here are 💯 correct small fitting shoes like they have been made in a mold not UK company Chinese and 70days in waiting for refund no ghosting me.

Awful experience.
I purchased a pair of trainers online, then contacted the company the next day to request to cancel the order.
I received confirmation of order cancellation, but was never refunded my order, despite weekly chasers for 2 months and having requested for this matter to be escalated and a complaint to be submitted but didn't receive a response.
I have been scammed basically by this company Glowix UK who is not a UK company

Facebook buy. No indication shoes were from China.
Too small
Would have to be sent back to China even tho they call themselves Gliwice UK

This review is about Glowix UK, who advertise on Facebook marketplace.
Bought a pair of Tactiboots based on reviews in the advertising which implied they were British and of high quality. They are made in China, are shipped from China and can only be described as rubbish. The laces frayed within a week, one insole detached within two weeks and are nowhere near waterproof. Poor quality product advertised with what are apparently fake reviews.

Bought pair shoes which were very flimsy and too small. Returned via registered delivery to China at cost of £15. Still waiting for a refund after four weeks. Have contacted by email and I have a trail of mails and delaying tactics. They thank me for my patience (which must be a wind up) but still no refund. DO NOT TRUST

The company and is not uk based, the delivery takes in excess of 2 weeks from China, they try too get you to spend more money for a replacement as cheaper than returning produ5. AND THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF... THE MAIN REASON WE PURCHASED THEM.!!

Ordered a pair of trekki boots - claim to be half price as £49.99. Waited over 2 weeks for delivery ( way in excess of delivery time promised ) Ordered a UK size 4 but UK size 6 arrived. E mailed company several times with no response for over a week. When they did reply said I’d have to ship to an address in China at my own expense!! Took to Post Office and cost of postage was £27. ….for a return that is no fault of my own !!
Shocking company , shocking customer service - avoid at all costs !!!!!

Bought a pair of shoes online, they arrived from China and were AWFUL quality. Tried to return them but the return address is China even though their website makes out they're based in the UK, with quotes like "2 day delivery" the payment looks like it's going to "Leamington".

My Treki walking shoes arrived from China after 10 days. They are much flimsier than the picture suggests, and the sole is quite thin. They are tho quite comfortable, but they are NOT WATERPROOF. I walked thru some wet grass and my feet were soaking. I’d avoid.

An update - I’ve been wearing these now for almost TWO WEEKS, and already the grips on the sole have worn thru! Rubbish!!

I bought 2 pair of boots,one pair for myself size 4.5 the other for my husband 9.00,they came today both wrong size. One pair size 6.00 the other size 10.00.Not impressed at all.

If this is the same as getglowix.com wish I had looked at reviews! I too thought this was a UK company, the shoes are c**p! I have been told I can return to China AT MY COST. Avoid!!!!!! Their website says goods can be returned within 30 days. It does not say that have to be sent to China! I have emailed them and they say I must return at my cost to China.

I bought some boots from the supposedly UK part of this company. They sent the wrong size so I asked for a returns address. Most UK based companies offer paid returns when it is their fault the item is wrong. I deliberately bought from this company as they fraudulently claim to be a UK company. As soon as I mentioned returns they sent me an address in China to return the boots to. I'm just hoping Paypal will reimburse me. Please avoid at all costs.
