Ordered from here twice now been very good will continue to order from here now very trustworthy and when it comes to products like this you need to find a company you can trust. Just one problem is a lot of there things sell quick so sometimes things tend to be out of stock

Delivery times not acceptable

Ordered over a week ago no update from
Ervi contact their customer support and they can’t tell me when my item will
Be deliver. Glow up also saying theirs nothing they can do right now!

Not what you expect when it’s a UK based company. I ordered items from another company on the same day who also used ERVI and they arrived within the expected time frame.

I have never experienced issues like this.

Will not order again

We’re sorry you’ve had this experience, and we completely understand how frustrating it is when a delivery takes longer than expected, as can occasionally happen due to courier-related issues.

We’d like to gently clarify that we didn’t say there’s nothing we can do. As mentioned in our email, we’re able to escalate the issue with Evri once a parcel is delayed by 7 working days beyond the estimated delivery window, and can provide a resolution in line with our Refund Policy after this point, to which all customers agree to at checkout.

In response to your update, we also want to assure you that this unexpected delay is due to an issue within the Evri network - something that, unfortunately, can happen to any company using the same courier. Courier delays are an occasional risk with any online purchase, irrespective of retailer.

To move towards a resolution, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.
