My solar experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster but Kelsie has done an amazing job getting everything back on track. Bobby and Jessie did a wonderful job of coming into a tough situation and working hard to make sure that my system could be functional without being a huge eyesore. I really appreciate all of the hard work that this current team of people has done to ensure that I have a good experience, even though there were some issues with the process to start. These three have gone above and beyond to fix other peoples mistakes and make things right.

Solar with Brains
Glyde takes the time to make sure that Solar is actually the best option for you and your home - it sometimes is not. Glyde's energy experts are interested in clarity and taking the time to make sure the Solar is the right step. The rep we met with had a lot of knowledge about the process and the length of time from contract to install, which can take a long time in Colorado. Would recommend!

They have screwed us over. Panels don’t work. No one will come out to fix them. Been a year. I have to pay them 164 per month plus my normal electric bill. 200 or more on top of the 164. Stay clear. No customer service. Stay clear

Panel wasn’t working
Today the team of Jeff, Lachlan and Bobby L. came to check out a problem we had with the panels. Bobbly L was able to locate the problem. They got in a new part and replaced today. They were fast and efficient. Communicated well with me and were able to show me how the panels were working now. I appreciated what a good crew they were and how Bobby L. communicated with me about it all. Real pros!

Okay, folks, I’ve gotta tell you about my adventure going solar with GlydeSolar. Now, everyone warned me that going solar was a marathon, not a sprint. But with the GlydeSolar team in my corner, it was more like a fun, scenic run!

I am warning you DO NOT sign anything with this company. They scam people! We were going to get solar panels through them and had everything inspected by them (roof included) before signing anything. Then once we signed they all the sudden came to put on the panels and said our roof was bad. After they had already inspected it. Now they are billing us $3,600 as a fee and we didn’t get any service from them. Seriously, they are jerks and now will not drop the bill or else they will put a lean on our house they say. Now we have by Wednesday to come up with this money, which we don’t have.

First time home buyer working with…
First time home buyer working with Glyde solar has been an absolutely great experience from beginning to the end! Our rep Joe Joyeux has been with us every step of the way and has been very responsive to all of our calls and messages. If anything was hung up or needed some nudging Joe was there to ensure it was taken care of promptly. Being the head of an Account Management division I can honestly say customer service and satisfaction is their number 1 priority and it shows. Thank you Joe and Glyde for a wonderful experience.

I have yet to be able to contact anyone…
I have yet to be able to contact anyone at the company. I've left messages with the project manager (I don't think she actually exists) and I've tried the Chat feature; nothing. So, the panels are installed and the inspection completed, but "permission to operate" has been sitting for almost three months. There's been NO communication. Glyde has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please consider other companies before you go with Glyde.
