I’ve had consistently great experiences…

I’ve had consistently great experiences with Gmoto.
Excellent prices, fast delivery, and a very wide selection of motorcycle parts and accessories.
What really stands out is reliability. Orders are processed quickly, packages arrive when promised, and everything is exactly as described. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Gmoto has become my go-to shop whenever I need parts. Highly recommended.

Very dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied. Went to buy because the item was supposed to fit my motorcycle. It only fits conditionally, which is not stated in the description. It is a replacement handlebar, but it can only be installed on condition that you additionally purchase adapters for raising the handlebar. The handlebar was 40 euros, if you want to return the item, they steal 20 euros for the return postage. Very unprofessional. I don't think I will buy from them again..

Missing spokes

In my last order, the wheel spokes were missing. I wrote twice about this and asked whether they would be sent in a separate package, but I have not received any response. I also have not received the ordered disc spokes.

My timing chain

My timing chain components were from very cheap material, it got eaten up by oil (the rubber parts) and turned into gum, the leaver also broke within 100 km.
