Quick postage and cute items

Absolutely love my rose gold charms with my grandchildrens photos. This is the second time I have ordered charms and both times I have been really satisfied with the quality. Will be purchasing more charms in future.

Worst customer service ever.

I bought 4 charms from them and one of them on the second day of wearing started to fade. They said that black plating could fade and I understand that, but not in 2 days… besides that, I do have another black-plated charm from them that I’ve been using for weeks now and it is just fine.

When I tried to contact them to solve the issue, they offered me a few options, all of them I would have to spend money again, but yet I took the least bad option which was to get another item up to $70 for free and pay just the shipping fee.

When they sent me the link to proceed with that, every time I tried to check out the final price supposed to be $11.54 increased to $200. I sent multiple screenshots and videos of me doing the process because they keep insisting I’m adding a gift box, a mysterious box to my cart and that's why the price increased and it’s clearly not!

The videos and photos clearly show the gifts automatically shown in the cart to be added, not added yet, and I cannot even remove that.

There is an error with the link they sent and they keep insisting on asking me to not add anything to the cart when you can see on the video that nothing has been added to the cart.

It’s been days I’ve been on this same discussion over and over again.

Takes a while to receive but that is more a problem with Australia Post.

The jewellery received was excellent quality. Beautiful designed pieces and they came packaged in nice little velvet style bag and a box that will be perfect for gifting. The website was easy to use and delivery was really quick to Australia.

Overall good and I only had 2 dislikes
1. Ballet Bow Stopper the inside didn’t have enough rubber part on the inside of the stopper to make contact with the bracelet so it still moves around instead of staying in one place. 2. the Oils Perfume Diffuser Round Transparent Charm is to over sized the sit next to other charms on a bracelet so I recommend putting it on the SS Charm Holder&Key Chain instead and wearing it on your bag instead

I have purchased from Gnoce on more than a few occasions, their service has always been amazing. Would highly recommend.

Package arrived really quick I was kept in the loop at each stage of the delivery. The charms are a bit bigger than other brands so keep that in mind. Would highly recommend
