I love there products honestly, I was very skeptic when I was ordering but I saw a customer review stating there sending from ACT and website was ending with .au, thought there were send from Australia but they are not, they will be sent from China.
Still Don't worry you will get your order with great quality...
I received my ordered love it it was gift for a friend who loved the quality..
Then order the second which was superb quality and the designs are so delicate, and cute..
Note - Delivery despite it says it will take up to 10 days please keep at least few more days for the order to arrive,
Delivery service is not good always leaving packages everywhere not at a safe spot, i think Auspost guys are far better.
please look in to this if stolen we lost all our money and our gifts.

The charms are beautiful, but I had quality issues with the charm keeper/ key ring. My 'free gift' broke almost immediately. It was replaced with another when I informed customer care, but the replacement broke in the same place (where the catch attaches to the chain). I am sad about that, and wonder how to show off the lovely charms I bought.

I brought several charms and a bracelet for my friend for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. The meaning for these charms were beautiful and they were made very well and colourful. I will be buying her more charms for her upcoming 50th birthday
