You better buy from a Chinese chain, at least you pay 5 € instead of 70
I bought for a very special occasion the couple rings(matching rings): one silver and the other black. My bf used his for 13 days (on holiday,not at work or something) and the black one was almost completely white...very very poor quality. I wrote them an email and send the photos. They offered me a new order for the same amount I spent at the beginning and I says ok, BUT the day after my ring split in two parts while at my desk at the office. Then I got angry because they completely ruined this special occasion and anyway I spent 70€, they can't last less than a month.
I sent them the pictures and asked for a refund. They said they will refund in 48 h. After 4 days I wrote back because I haven't received the refund and they said they couldn't do it BC they couldn't reach the account ( I didn't get that) . I verified my credit card and the payment I did for that order and wrote back with more information saying I can help if they need any other information. Ladies and gentlemen, they wrote me they will retry but it will take time and if I want news about the refund I must send another email. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? People stay away from this website, this is very poor quality and they play you like this.

Amazing products, incredible service
The charms I bought are astonishingly beautiful and after more than a month they are still perfect and clearly made of silver (the details are also exquisite). I've had an issue with shipping (Amazon's fault) and while Amazon was of no help the customer service at Gnoce was incredible. I definitely recommend them because every aspect of my experience was amazing.
