the ROI is much lower than promised, even after 5 years of investment. The result this year is negative instead of 6%. I am trying to exit since 3 years, step by step. if you go in the secondary market and sell the credits, you will lose even more.

I was sceptical in the beginning, but I got surprised, how easy and smooth everything is working. Adding money takes about 5 minutes. Returns are added to your balance daily. You always see how much money you have in the account!

My account was restricted. I filled in the required personal details and received an email saying my verification was complete. But my account is still restricted. I sent an email to support as advised. Their response was to provide the source of the funds invested mainly from 3-4 years ago (seems like a joke). I can't get in touch with a real agent via chat, only a bot with useless attempts to solve my problem.
I have to be honest that, support team reviewed provided documents faster than most of the AML teams. After 2-3 days my money was unrestricted and I have access to them. Thank you for fast and adequate reaction.

Unfair Fees for a Service I Never Used and Was Never Available

I have been charged every month for an add-on service that I never used, never saw clearly listed in my account, and which was not even available to me despite trying several times.

At no point did I clearly see these fees inside my Bondora dashboard. The service was always shown as “Not available” whenever I attempted to use it. So I paid every month for something that I could neither access nor benefit from.

This feels extremely unfair, because:

1. The service never worked or appeared as usable for me.

2. The fees were not clearly visible in my account overview.

3. I was charged automatically without any obvious notification or confirmation.

4. Even after contacting support, the explanation given does not change the fact that I literally could not use what I was paying for.

Charging customers for a service that is permanently unavailable to them is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of all months in which the service was inaccessible, as this is clearly not the customer’s fault.

I hope Bondora handles this situation fairly.

I like bondora, its trustful. Unfortunately it's not possible to have more than one account for different goals like before.

Very easy, clear, trustworthy.

10 years with them, and since a few years only go and grow account, which is simple and easy. Never had poblems with withdrawing and investing money. What you see is what you get. 6% is good return, although 6,75% a year ago was better. But of course, I understand there is a business model that has to work for tem and us. Good work untill now, up for another ten years.

fishing site scam of the worst kind.. luring you of sharing your private stuff like bankstatements, pasports etc in exchange for a loan, that if youre short with money something you could fall for.. then the loan is rejected but they KNOW EVERYTHING for you, another red flag is they are based in Letland or Estland.. BE WARE!!! your data is unsafe with them

several times locked my account and withdrawal was impossible justifying that it is due to regulations, moneylaundring etc...I am very disappointed!
