Ordered artificial grass from these cowboys on 27/04/20, they marked it as dispatched on 30/04/20. Still not arrived on 24/05/20. Using their tracking details for XDP it shows they created and printed the job but not actually dispatched yet. I have contacted them 6 times now, they don't answer their phone or reply to any emails. On their site it said there's a 2 week delay on deliveries due to COVID-19, which is fine, then they update to say 4 week delay, but no reply to paying customers. They use a review site with invite-only signups to avoid honest reviews, or no one would shop there. Absolute disgrace, I would shop elsewhere if I were you.

Completely ignoring customers.
I placed an order, had a despatch notification within 24 hours but without any tracking information.
Contacted the courier - no parcel or expected parcel.
Tried to email, call, message on social media with no answer at all.
Looking by the social media comments of fellow customers this seems to be a common tactic with people claiming they have waited several months for orders.
UPDATE: Eventually received my grass - however still can't contact them. Items missing from the order.
Don't deal with this company.
I seem to have the same problem as others and I was sent an email that my item has been despatched. But suprise suprise the tracking numbers are wrong. They don't return emails or answer the phone, finally had to report to PayPal to get this sorted and get my money back as company don't want to answer. My advice to people is not to deal with them or the other companies they are trading under at the same address.

Been waiting 4 weeks to receive grass. No response to emails and don’t answer there phone. XDP were meant to be the ones delivering my grass but it never even left go artificial grass.Finally had enough and contacted PayPal stating I no longer wanted the grass I wanted a refund. Now all of a sudden the grass is on its way BY A DIFFERENT COURIER!! I’ll be making it very clear to PayPal I’m uninterested and won’t be expecting it when or if it arrives. People do your selfs a favour report them and get your money back go elsewhere like I have

Placed an order over three weeks ago and still have the same payment received Notification on the my account area with no communication or dispatch even though I’ve messaged emailed and tried phoning. Looking at previous reviews it looks like we won’t get our goods and I would avoid this company like the plague! I know in difficult times but a simple message Before ordering to say they are experiencing delays but I think they have either gone bust you’re trying to scam people. Do not order from this company until they’ve sorted themselves out. I’ve message to say I want to cancel my order and I’ve placed an order with an alternative supplier which arrived next day Which I’m very pleased.

Awful service placed order mid April expected delivery to be a little longer then normal but still not recieved anything from this company no grass no communication nothing, all I received is email to say has been dispatched but this was a absolute lie as the courier has confirmed item has never been collected and the same courier has delivered items to me from other companys. They have stolen my money it has been over a month. I have sent constant emails for a refund which they still haven’t done. They provided false tracking I spoke to the courier who told me they hadn’t even sent it. They are breaking trading standards and I think it’s disgusting they are using the current situation as a excuse I have managed to perform my job everyday to the same high standards as usual, if they can’t cope don’t let people order !

I ordered, understanding that there may be delays. I recieved a dispatch notice but the tranmvking only showed that the goods had not been provided to the courier and then 2 weeks after I paid for my artifical grass I received a refund with no communication from the company at all. If there are issues, discussing them with the customer is usually the first thing on the list of customer service reactions. Not impressed.

This is the worse service I’ve been provided, well I mean not provided. Where do I start I placed my order and was told that it would take two weeks to deliver as they was still open during the coronavirus pandemic. They quickly took my money and have done nothing since, they switched off there phones and was available via email. After the two weeks my grass didn’t arrive so I emailed one of the 3 email addresses they have, I got a reply saying it was the company that was delivering the grass had not collected it from them. I called that company who was available via phone and was told I’m the ninth person today to call about this company, now 4 weeks later and still no grass. What a fantastic company you are at taking money for nothing in return, absolute rip and still no contact.
President artificial grass
From ordering to receiving my artificial grass took 12 days which I thought was very good in the current situation. I did receive email updates, although they weren't very useful and it wasnt possible to directly talk to anyone. The email to say it was being delivered was clearer. However I received the delivery email on the day it was being delivered so we had to do the preparation in a bit of a rush, as I didn't have room to store the grass. A bit more notice would have been ideal but all in all happy with the service.
We chose the President 35mm grass for the colour and C shaped yarn. I am very happy with the product. Lovely colour and thick lush appearance. It does need sweeping with a stiff broom when laid out, to display the thickness, as advised online. It has transformed my little garden and I am very happy. Would recommend.

What delivery!!
Really disappointed with the customer service for this company. Accepted my order said it would be 7 days. I understand that these are difficult times but 14 days later after emailing I receive a automatic response to say they aren't replying to emails, they also aren't answering phone calls and they can't cancel orders. I have to wait and refuse delivery when it eventually arrives, so I'm stuck, I can't buy from somewhere else without the refund and I don't know when its going to arrive either.. feel like I'm letting my kids down now, shocking service.
