I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Ordered 13th of May - I have tried calling, emailing and even tried their Facebook page! No reply!! I’ve now gone through the bank for refund!!! Shocking! How anyone can do this is despicable!

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, spray easy to use, it made the grass smell lovely and did get rid of the ‘dog’ smells. But needs to be done on a regular basis.

product was flimsy, disappointing
product was flimsy and the minute you touched it the green paint chipped off making it not fit for purpose. Also bunches up the grass and can see them through the grass very easily, disappointed. Have bought some pins from another company that hopefully will be more discrete.

The company have taken my money and are impossible to contact.
I received a email from their other company Flooring Direct to say they’re experiencing a 4 week delay on deliveries... this should be on their website when placing an order online.
I have sent two emails and tried several times to contact them and they are just ignoring them.
I placed a post on their Facebook page and this has now been deleted. If someone can delete a comment on Facebook the can respond to a email

Complaint regarding a recent order to this company
Order accepted and paid for in mid April.I still haven’t received the goods but
have been fobbed off with contradictory excuses.
It is impossible to phone ,calls are not accepted.
Over a week ago I asked for a full refund,simply because my recent emails
have not received a response.
So far no reply.
Despite difficult times customer services should be in place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
is it possible to give less than 1 star? Ordered 10 May, money taken and apparently dispatched 12 May. The tracking number (unlike others) appears to be OK but only 2 entries, both on 12 May and still no delivery. XDP (the courier) phones apparently down today and (like others) Go Artificial phone line say office closed. Have emailed both today, XDP anaemic auto response with no detail and don't expect to hear from Go. As others have said, don't order from this company, I suspect I'll not see my product and will have to fight for a refund. Don't Go Artificial Grass, Go elsewhere.
