Awful support

Awful support. They don’t have any sound and helpful solutions & need to ask questions in several ways and still get nowhere and on top of that they take awhile to respond with nothing helpful. They also don’t know the in and outs of their own platform. Until I get a solution I won’t take down this comment.

Also the micro scalping rule is stupid. Although I got through it. I figured it out when I thought I passed and I would wake up to signing some paperwork instead it showed that I had to earn another $600 to pass.

Reward marked as delivered but never received + account reset

I completed all required missions and reached 100 points to claim an 80% discount coupon on March 27.

The system marked the reward as “Fulfilled”, but the coupon was never actually delivered (not by email, not in the dashboard, and not at checkout — only showing as “Not available”).

After that, my account was reset and the 80% coupon was removed from the rewards system entirely.

Despite already meeting all requirements and having the claim registered, I was instructed by support to try claiming it again, as if my previous progress did not exist.

Support responses were delayed, generic, and sometimes contradictory.

This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the rewards system and how user issues are handled.

If you are considering this platform because of promotions, be cautious.

To make matters worse, I am now facing an even more serious issue with their partner/associated platform, Goat Funded Futures. I made a payment of 27.04 USDT via blockchain (BSC), and despite having public proof (TxID) that the funds reached their provider (Radom.pay), support simply claims they 'did not receive it' and closed my ticket.
It is a recurring pattern: first, rewards and coupons disappear, and now, actual deposits are not acknowledged. They provide no manual verification and leave the customer at a loss. If you value your money and your time, stay away from this ecosystem. Their automated systems are broken, and their human support refuses to take responsibility for clear, proven transactions."

My experience with Goat Funded Futures…

My experience with Goat Funded Futures has been extremely disappointing.

Their “micro scalping” rule is one of the most poorly designed rules I’ve seen. It’s based entirely on how long a trade is open, not on actual trading intent or strategy. For example, a perfectly valid trade closed just under 2 minutes (like 119 seconds) can get flagged — which shows how arbitrary the rule really is.

What makes it worse is how they enforce it. They breached three of my accounts and only removed profits from trades they classified as micro scalps, while losses from similar trades were left untouched. That creates a completely unfair situation where only winning trades are penalized.

On top of that, my funded account was breached because they deducted those profits from my balance. Other prop firms typically just exclude such trades from payout calculations — they don’t retroactively reduce your balance and cause a breach. That approach feels far more reasonable than what’s being done here.

Customer support didn’t improve the situation either. Responses were slow, unclear, and didn’t really address the issue in a meaningful way.

They promote their rules as simple and trader-friendly, but in reality they’re restrictive, inconsistent, and applied in a way that works against you. Overall, not a firm I would trust or recommend.

Must hold trades for at least 2 minutes

They consider any trade under 2 minutes microscalping. That's wild! Typically microscalping is in the seconds range, not even 1 whole minute. Mistakenly bought 4x 50k evals. Not sure I'll be able to stay over 2 minutes in this volatile market. Note: Rule applies to eval and funded. Just threw $200+ down the drain.

This firm is a scam. Do not use it.

Their dashboard shows a consistency score that does not match the actual trading data. I provided full proof with trade history and daily P&L, but support refused to explain anything and just said “the dashboard is correct.”

Consistency rules decide whether you pass or fail. If they calculate it however they want without transparency, they can fail traders unfairly.

There is no clear formula, no accountability, and no real support when you question them.

Avoid this firm. There are better and more transparent prop firms out there.

Never let you pass

They never let you pass the evaluation, if you need a demo prop firm you can use it. 2-minutes rule is unfair if you are scalper. Maybe is not the money you spend, really they are cheap. Is the time you waste trading with this company.
Do no buy.

2 minute rule in a futures firm

2 minute rule in a futures firm? The markets are volatile and trends change fast but we cant take profits under 2 minutes and instead of closing our position in profit we have to watch as our trades get stopped out.

Scam shop - Zero payout approvals

One of the most ridiculous, scammy, and unreliable prop firms out there, opened just to scam and rob traders. Their rules change constantly and sneakily with no official announcements; they change them 2 to 3 times a week. Their support doesn’t even know what the rules are. Zero payout approvals, no trace of payments to anyone, just a pure scam. Fake reviews, fake Discord members. Nothing about them is real.

They don’t deserve anything

This is the worst propfirm great traders like us can pay for. They are against us, they are against talented traders like us who are able to get their profit in a short time a dip. Instead of rewarding our hard work, they deduct from the payout the profit WE made on trades that took less than 2 minutes.
Absolutely disgusting. They deducted 75% of my payout. I barely broke even with how much I paid for the challenges. Absolutely terrible don’t waste your time.

$6,038 Profit Removed Because Trades Were Under 2 Minutes

Title: Profit Removed Due to 2-Minute Rule – Be Careful if You Are a Scalper

My experience with Goat Funded Futures was disappointing and I believe traders should clearly understand one specific rule before choosing this firm.

After trading consistently and generating profits, I requested a payout of $1,000. During the review process, the company claimed that 75 of my trades were considered High Frequency Trading (HFT) because the holding time was below 2 minutes. These trades generated $6,038 in profit.

According to their policy, profits from trades under 2 minutes are not valid for payouts. As a result, the entire amount was removed and the payout request was rejected.

The issue is that this rule is extremely restrictive for traders who use scalping strategies. Many legitimate discretionary scalpers hold positions for less than two minutes, especially in fast markets like MES or MNQ. Labeling these trades as HFT can be misleading.

The account was not closed, but the profit was removed and the payout denied. This experience makes the firm unsuitable for traders who use short-term strategies.

If you are an intraday trader or scalper, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the 2-minute rule before trading with this firm.

Transparency around these rules should be clearer because they can significantly affect payouts.
