I'd give this firm 0 stars and a slap in the face. Eduardo can never leave his roots, he stole the tech for goat fx now the same for futures.
The tech does not work, I have documented evidence on my X post as well. They blame it on tradovate, incompetent team mixed with 0 braincells = goat star line up.
Save yourself the headache, go with a responsible firm.
I'd try to get a refund but paid via crypto so there's that. I hope Eduardo can afford better shoes now with my money cause the one he wears to expo are quite ugly.

Hi, I’m following up on my payout request submitted on June 20, 2026. As of today, GoatFundedFutures still hasn’t paid me. The money hasn’t even been deducted from my trading account yet, so my account is frozen and I can’t trade. They claimed that their sole payment method, RISE, was malfunctioning. Although RISE’s services have been operational since Wednesday the 24th, they still haven’t paid me. So don’t waste your time and money on these scammers.

Don't trust this company with your money. THEY ARE SCAMMER, FRAUD. NOT WORTH IT. Go with any other company but not this one. This company need to be investigated. After reaching the target of 53K, they reset my account without any notice back to 50K and said that I committed a violation without any proof. I provided proof on DISCORD and CS, because they can't accept the truth they deleted my access to the channel. That tells you that once again, they can't accept the truth and they are SCAMMERS. Still waiting for the email that supposedly the system sends automatically. LIERS - SCAMMERS -STAY WAY

I’m so glad I came to read the comments; I was on the verge of buying 5 challenges—both for myself and my community—but after seeing so many bad reviews and negative opinions, I’m going to stay as far away from this company as possible. Better safe than sorry. The worst part is that they don't even defend themselves by responding to the bad reviews; that really shows it's a bad company and one best avoided.

Goatfundedfutures is one of the best firm that offers little spread that allows a traders to hold a trader without any fear.

Company has been consistent with their account rules. Payout was received in a timely manner with no issues. I haven't had any issues, solid firm.

To Goat Funded Trader,

I am formally disputing the handling of my accounts following a platform failure that allowed trades to continue executing after the account protection threshold had been reached.

I possess screenshots, timestamps, trade records, and account data demonstrating that orders continued to be accepted and executed when the account should have been protected from further loss. As a direct result, the available drawdown on my accounts was materially damaged, leaving the accounts active in name only and significantly impairing their intended use.

This is not a dispute regarding trading performance, risk management, or trading decisions. This dispute concerns the operation of the platform and the failure of account protection mechanisms that were expected to prevent exactly this outcome.

I am requesting that Goat Funded Trader conduct an immediate review of the evidence and restore the affected accounts to the condition they would have been in had the platform functioned correctly.

If this matter is not resolved in good faith, I will preserve all evidence, document all communications, and pursue all remedies available to me, including formal complaints, arbitration, and any other legal avenues available under the applicable agreements and laws.

I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and professionally. However, I expect a substantive response based on the evidence rather than a generic denial.

I look forward to your prompt response.

This is the worse prop firm. I regret i bought the reset earlier today. I bought a reset this morning at 7 am and now half a day passed by already and no one sent me the link or open the platform for me to trade. I have sent out 4 emails to ask them to help to open the dxfeed platform for me to trade as its locked now, but no answer from customer support.

This company has to have the worst support I've ever dealt with. Constantly being handed off from one person to the next, told my account was fixed numerous times when it wasn't, then told again today it would be fixed by 4pm and just ghosted since. I've repeatedly asked to speak to someone higher up in support and have been ignored. I hit my profit target on the account but because they have a 2min trade rule( completely my fault for missing but in all honesty 2min on NQ these days is a lifetime with intraday drawdown) they took all my profit back and "reactivated" the account but it hasn't worked since. My account is just sitting with no way to trade even though I've told them the exact problem. If I shared the email chain any upstanding company would be ashamed to have such an awful customer interaction. It's literally like talking to a brick wall and being stuck in groundhogs day. Multiple times a day I'm asked to explain what happened which goes to show they don't care nor do they even take the time to look at the previous conversations in the email. It's a joke and this company will never see another cent from me. If I was some famous influencer this would've been handled right away with no issues. Idk if they outsource their support but Helen Keller would be better to deal with.

Trash customer service. Made a mistake in the purchase of some accounts. Absolutely zero help in trying to get them switched. They dont care on bit about their customers.

First time today a bought a account for Ninja trader. Even in the weekend a, was supported Suffee, helpt me out with the payment and setting up Ninja trader data feed. So first impression great... EeThanks Suffee. Will strat trading on Monday. Gerard from the Netherlands

How are these guys still in business?! Offshore based Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced across nearly any business they will literally put you through the ringer with multiple conversational loops. On top of that, they actually have horrible eval rules and paid rules and they'll come up with any sort of micro reason to not pass you and to not pay you. Back end system with dashboard is also horrendous. Stay away!

Great customer service. Fast responses and very helpful. Will be back with another review when I get my first payout.

THEY DENIED MY PASSED EVAL - THEY REQUIRE TRADES TO BE 2 MINUTES - THIS IS SO ABSURD AND JUST ANOTHER WAY THEY CAN WEASEL OUT OF PAYING ANYONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE ON EVERYONES BLACK LIST.

My experience with Goat Funded Futures has been extremely negative.

Right after a payment, my account (70288) became restricted and I was unable to trade normally. After several emails, support acknowledged that the account was in a restricted state related to a system-triggered liquidation and said they were working on a backend fix.

The timing is what makes this especially concerning. This happened immediately after a payment and directly harmed my ability to keep trading as the next payout window was approaching. I cannot prove intent, but from a customer’s perspective, the sequence of events looks highly suspicious.

Instead of receiving a clear and effective solution, I kept getting the same responses: “try again,” “please be patient,” and “we are looking into it.” I tested the account multiple times, and the issue was still not properly resolved.

I then requested a concrete resolution, including payment of the available balance so I could end my relationship with the company. Again, there was no real solution, only more delay and repeated excuses.

For a trading firm, this is unacceptable. When an account is blocked or restricted, especially after a payment, the company should resolve the issue quickly and professionally. That did not happen here.

In my case, Goat Funded Futures showed poor operational reliability, weak support, and a serious lack of commitment to resolving a problem that directly affected trading activity and payout opportunity.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend Goat Funded Futures.

My account balances randomly increased by 900 despite me not being in a trade. When I try to withdraw next week, will this amount be deducted from my payout even though this mistake has nothing to do with me? I feel like it will.

The same thing happened to my evaluation, they added 700 dollars to my account. Once my balance hit the profit target they said my challenge could not be passed because a trade I took that was allegedly traded too close to news, so they took the amount of that trade out of the account and told me to keep trading. To no suprise that amount was the 700 dollars randomly added earlier. I carried on trading and passed that same account. I’m worried they will do this to my payout request. This is my first gff account , I’m feeling very skeptical about my next and first payout request with them will actually be accepted. I’ve gone through all my trades in my trade history and so far everything abides by their rules, so we’ll see but GFF isn’t off to a good start. I’d advise a different more expensive and more reputable firm if you can afford it
