Original search was easy and request etc.
But, If as a hirer, we have any issues, as a company you don’t seem to be contactable. Everything has to be resolved via the advertiser.
I think this is a problem.
Also what checks are done on an ongoing basis to ensure any advertised vehicle has up to date tax/mot etc?
Obviously when originally taken on these r checked, based on your website, but after the first year is there an auto request for these documents to be seen if the vehicle continues to be advertised on your website?
It was quite difficult to actually access the website on a few occasions too, kept getting error messages.

Booking was very easy. Had some questions for the owner. These were passed on and replied to very promptly. Looking forward to my holiday.

Goboony is easy and straightforward to use, but they are greedy!!! The additional costs are ridiculous. Goboony made what should have been a low cost break far more expensive than expected and/ or necessary. The owners of the camper were fantastic but I wouldn't use this site again purley because it works out too expensive. I'd use a small independent next time.

Have booked campervsn for weekend in July. So far great experience in terms of ease of booking, responses from owners and payments.

First pre-booked camper a was cancelled with no reason for it, and zero communication from the owner. Unprofessional from his/her part. Second one fingers crossed is all set.

Process a bit annoying. We found 2 vans we liked and were available but the owners forgot they were using their vans on these weekends. Found one in the end. Not very flexible with drop off times. Website easy enough to use, inspired by Airbnb.

The campervan I booked was cancelled at a very late date. I appreciate that Goboony can not do much about this but it is very annoying!

Easy to search for options and message owners of the vehicles to ask questions. Then booking process was clear and hassle free.

Website easy to use and good choices for my trip, wished we had come across Goboony earlier. Quite a lot of info required but I guess when you are renting someone else's motorhome a reasonable requirement. The motorhome we are renting is on the way to our destination so easy to pick up, an after thought is where we leave our car...to be sorted.

Good communication, site easy to navigate. Location to us is local to pick up and drop off.

Hidden costs. Would not take my credit card which then got locked. My first booking didn’t reply for ages then said that the van was not available.

Really pleased with the service I received. Straight to the point. The owner Steve was very quick to respond. Great way to organise a 1st camping trip. Thank you.

First time using this company was kept up to date from time of request to actual acceptance everything was very straight forward ,I would highly recommend this company .
