Great service , items well packaged

Really good, nifty place with friendly staff. Service was spot on. Easy location to get to. A well thought out experience when collecting my PS5 especially with handling the Coronavirus situation. I will be back to continue supporting the business.

I have to admit this is the first time I’ve used Gobsmack Comics I don’t tend to shop other than online so never really knew about it, now I do this’ll be my go to for games!

I preordered a PS5 from Gobsmack the transaction was so smooth especially considering the mass demand across all shops and the fact we’re in a lockdown, what a delight it was, Drew the owner was very professional through the entire preordering process and kept all receipts upon collection.

I have another PS5 on pre-order as they’ve definitely won my business.

My advice to anyone reading these reviews or considering this place even if you’re just passing in town this shop has loads of cool stuff to buy and is very unique and fun in its own right check it out for yourselves.

Hands down the best independent shop in Horsham, the owner, Drew, is incredibly helpful and despite lockdown has managed to still provide excellent service, most recently by personally delivering my PS5 on launch day as his store was temporarily closed, if you're interested in anything geeky, comics, games, or movie related merchandise there's a good chance he can get it or at least provide great advice, definitely check the store out, you won't be disappointed
