There have been some hiccups a long the way but the customer service is quick to make it right and keep the customer satisfied. It might take 48 hours to get a response but they DO respond and they work to fix it. My experience with them has always been pleasant as well with people being kind and respectful and owning any problem with an apology and an effort to fix it immediately. I respect that!

Liked my first order experience with Goby, so I returned for my second treatment order. The refill process was streamlined, and easy. Medical Dr. review was fast and efficient. Order was fulfilled quickly by the Absolute pharmacy. Meds arrived cool on an ice pack. Full instructions and syringes were included. I liked that they provided Easy Touch brand. They are my favorite! I noticed that the meds do expire a lot sooner than my previous treatment did. So, that was my only negative take away.

The package of glp-1 arrived a day later than expected, and the cool pack that was supposed to keep the glp-1 cool had completely melted. When I took the pack out, it was warm water.

Excellent customer service from time of order to follow-up. Had an issue with delayed delivery and contacted Goby via chat, got a thorough response within 2 days and the same with a follow-up question. Medical review was the same way. Really like your chat option for questions, not sure now that it's gone to AI though.

Easy to use portal. Fast shipping and the packaging was sturdy.

Quick and easy way to get your compounded medication! Customer service is very attentive and the pharmacy/delivery service is unbeatable. Even when I've had concerns, Gobymeds has addressed them and resolved them without hesitation or hassle.

So far, my experience here has been everything i hoped it would be. Simple, easy to navigate, and a very friendly care team. I have been on semaglutide since Jan and have had no hiccups with ordering or delivery. Everyone i have dealt with has been reliable and great ! Although, you do have to expect a delay in response (atleast 24 hours)to any questions or concerns through messaging. That is standard protocol. My only complaint is having to start this journey on such a teeny-tiny dose that my weight loss progress has been very slow to say the least. A little disappointing there but I'm hopeful to see some significant results soon. 🙏

Just received my first order. I had taken glp1 previously before my prescription was no longer valid January 2026. I spoke with a GoByMeds physician on Wednesday April 22nd and got approved with an appropriate compounded glp1 on Thursday April 23rd, was shipped medication and received it today Wednesday April 29th. Have yet to try it but excellent service so far.

Arrived in poor condition and I’m concerned about safety! Please contact me!
