I actually had a great experience this…
I actually had a great experience this time round. Spoke to teoka hope thats spelt right but he gave me alot more options to get my account back upto date as the one i spoke to before him just told me to let my car get into repossession that would be the best option for me. He didnt mention there were other options and did not give me a chance. However as i sopke to teoka he had given me alot more and was alot more sympathetic towards me. Thanks again.

The person in charge of our loan is Te-Oka
The person who is in charge of our loan was absolutely awesome he actually took the time to listen to our situation and worked with us to come up with the best solution that was affordable to us .He spent alot of time on the phone explaining everything .His manner was out standing He didn't judge is at all .which was nice you need to make sure all your staff are like him .He made me feel so much better .His name was Te - Okay Please make sure he is rewarded for his absolute manner and understanding .

Te Oke was very professional and gave…
Te Oke was very professional and gave me an overview of options and assistance available to me to help assist bringing done my loan.
He honestly didn't make me feel like a criminal and his professionalism in his tone and the way he spoke to me make me feel humane.
He was clear, firm and direct unlike other staff that has rang me, left me feeling as if I'm going to be placed into prison and ashamed adding more stress to my mental health.
I honestly came off the call with Te Oke feeling good not useless so thank you.

Outcome achieved with patience....
All persons I spoke with were not only helpful but extremely patient with me while I had fluctuating internet service and struggled to get to where I needed to, but with their help I got there in the end. My apologies I have forgotten the name of the lovely man that helped me.

Te Oka explained to me 3 options I am able to select to help me with my overdue account as I have been struggling since paying for my warrant of fitness & registration. A huge total of over $1400 to cover costs. I have already explained earlier to Go Finance of this situation & also wanting to apply for Hardship, in which I was declined due to needing Herekotuku Muru's agreement to allow me too. Te Oka had spoken to me in a calm manner & gave me reassurance of options to take. Due to speaking with Te Oka, I feel a lot more at ease. Thank you again Te Oka for your great help 🫶
