I wish that I could leave 10+ stars

I wish that I could leave 10+ stars. Go Rentals was the best experience, no issues at all. I hired a 17 seater minibus with Go Rentals as I was let down last minute by another company. I was given a brand new vehicle, it was perfect for the long bank holiday weekend. Thanks to everyone in the office and beyond.

12 seater minibus

12 seater minibus. Currently abroad in France for a school trip. hired 3 of them in total for the class. Having a great time and all thanks goes to the team at Go Rentals.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Excellent service throughout the whole process; from delivery right down to the collection. Came to the UK on a trip from Canada and hired a 17str minibus, excellent condition and very comfortable.

i have hired an automatic van from go…

i have hired an automatic van from go rentals, i must say their customer service is very high and i was very happy with the service.i had the van delivered and picked up at my address, driver was very friendly and very professional.
i definitely recommend them.

Never deal with this company

Never deal with this company. They are the biggest crooks on the planet. Charged 1252.68 for a scratch that is not in existence. I have pictures and proof and yet the guy who collected the vehicle wrote up a scratch on the paperwork And now they charge my card for supposed damage. Won't answer calls or email to them. Never ever deal with this company as they are totally dishonest and need closing down by the companies bureau.

Customer friendly

Hi guys...I am Gabriel from Bristol. I went to London on business trip last month. suddenly my car got repaired and I was in desperate need of a car for 3 days. At that time one of my fried recommended me Go Rentals. My goodness they provided me a car in 2 hours of booking. first I called their company and explained my situation that my car is in service station and i am in urgent need of a car. Their understood my situation and said not necessary for reservation and sent a car to my place. Excellent service....Good Guys....

I came to London last week for …

I came to London last week for vacation. I was in need of a car to go around. Then I found out Go Rentals. They provided me an awesome SUV. Vehicle was really and didn't gave any trouble. I used it for couple of days. Their customer support is one of the best support team I have come across. Cheers guys.... Keep it up.

absolutely shocking service from this …

absolutely shocking service from this company. Hassled by them on the phone and it turns out they were trying to collect the car from over 150 miles away.
I can catagorically state we did not ding, scrape or even so much as touch another vehicle with our rental, yet we had a phone call 2 weeks later saying they were retaining a £150.00 deposit for a scratch on the side of the van. We later had a letter from them saying they were charging our card for £1500 for repairs (for a scratch???) - these repairs also included a new tyre. When the credit card statement came through they had charged my card TWICE.
Issue is being resolved through my credit card company, not these shower of....!
These people are cowboys and rip off merchants. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!

Bad Service & Awful Customer Support

When looking to hire a van to transport some furniture I came across Nationwide Hire's website and decided to give them a try. At first, everything went fine, but when I asked 5 days before the delivery date of my van if I could have the registration number so that I could book travel arrangments, things started to go downhill very fast.

I repeatedly called and emailed them asking for the information and was always told, that they would find out and call me back, to this day I have never had a call back from them after multiple issues. Their customer service is shocking, no communication between people you speak to is present and I was straight up lied to.

On the day the van was delivered, it was delivered with the key to the back of the van broken in the lock, so we called Nationwide and explained the problem we had, we were quickly told there was nothing they could do and to speak to Go Rentals who provided the van. No help whatsoever was provided.

After having the van for the rental period it was time for it to be collected. Our collection slot was set for 8:30am Saturday morning, we had arranged space with our neighbours for the van to be parked outside the house at this time as it was big and could block some access to people drives. By 10:00am that morning I started to get the feeling that no one was coming to collect the van, so I called Nationwide and again said that they didn't know what was going on and to contact Go Rentals who they had arranged the booking with. We called them and found out that no collection was scheduled for that day and that we needed to wait until the Monday for it to be collected. After a long stressful conversation, they agreed to get someone out to collect the van that day and turned up at 7:20pm that evening. Again Nationwide would have nothing to do with resolving the problem.

That brings us to today, 11 days after the van was collected, the £150 deposit paid for the van has not been refunded to me after the agreed 5 working day allowance. I spoke to Nationwide yesterday on live chat and was asked to hold on while they chased this for me, they never got back to me. Contacted them again today and was told the person who deals with this was off yesterday so that is why I wasn't contacted. If this is the case, why ask me to hold on? Anyway, today I was told they have been emailed again and to expect a response shortly. I doubt that this will be that case.

I would seriously suggest that no one book a hire vehicle through Go Rentals.
