SCAMMERS!!!! AND FRAUD!!! They did a clean for me and 5 months later stole £1450 from my Lloyds account. Bank is refusing to give the money back. I'm out of pocket and Lloyds have been disgustingly unhelpful.

This company has stolen from me. I used their services and months later they have taken £50, £500 and £4000 from my account. They will steal your card details and keep using your card to take money from your account. They then do not respond to emails, their phone number doesn't work and you cannot get your money back.

I used this company in Dec 2022 for a one off end of tenancy clean. They have now just sent me a “booking confirmation” for a fake service I did not book, in a property I no longer live in for 2750 pounds . Lost the money , not responding to emails and calls DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I used this company in March 2023 for a one off end of tenancy clean. They have now just sent me a “booking confirmation” for a fake service I did not book, in a property I no longer live in for FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS and tried to charge my credit card used for the original booking. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Liars and Fraudster, they used my personal and bank details to steal money from my account by generating fake invoices and not responding to calls and emails

They steal money from your bank account and credit card. I made a payment last year through their online payment portal and I have just realised they started to send me lots of invoices by email and they took £5000 from my credit card!!! They are scammers!!!

*** DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS*** They subcontracted the job to someone else without telling us. Then there was a big fight between them and the subcontractors that both sides constantly involved us in throughout our moving day. Which was incredibly stressful. Subcontractors begged us to pay them directly as they said they feared they wouldn’t get paid at all. In the end we paid Gocleaners in full as our contract was with them so our hands were tied. Naturally the cleaning was awful and the landlords demanded we pay pay for a full reclean. But as it was outside the 48hr period Go cleaners said it wasn’t their responsibility. We just let it go because let’s face it life is too short. This was all 2 months ago. Then yesterday out of the blue they TRIED TO STEAL £5000 from my Amex card. The only thing they should be cleaning is a cell block.*** DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS***

GOclenersgo deserves a huge 5 stars for their high-quality house cleaning services! There is no doubt that they are the best cleaning company around. They have done an outstanding job, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. It's hard to beat GOclenersgo's house cleaning service!

There is no doubt that their house cleaning, deep cleaning, and tenancy cleaning services are top notch. They deserve 5 stars for their work, I am thoroughly satisfied!

Keep looking and find someone else to do your clean. Cleaners they contracted weren't aware of the scope of the clean, they left. New cleaners came out who they didn't pay and did half the job. We have now been charged for our end of tenancy clean despite these guys taking our money.

I would cry but it's funny how inept they are.

The cleaning was so poor, if I found out the cleaning crew were fully blind and had no human limbs, I would still be disappointed in their performance.

Don’t bother trying to get them back to fix their mistakes, just spend that time staring in the mirror whilst calling yourself a silly sausage for booking these people.

Unless you want an extremely stressful experience which will reduce your life expectancy by at least two years I do not recommend this company. It took me six days and around six hours to arrange a job that lasted five hours. There were two failed appointments before the job was done (quite well) by the third cleaner..zero co-ordination between office staff and cleaners. First two cleaners based many miles away from job hence so much wasted time for all concerned. If I could give a zero or negative rating, I would..Avoid.

I had a great experience with Go Cleaners. The cleaners did a great job and turned my house like a brand new one. Highly recommended and reasonable pricing than other competitors.

Beyond awful. I strongly advise never to use. Booked for end-of- tenancy clean for a flat I had vacated. Cleaner stole the apartment iPad. Agency were terrible and didn't care. Their response was 'why would we refund, we did the clean'. Absolutely shocking customer service. I am now liable for the missing iPad on the inventory and ironically the clean was 'not deemed to be professional standards' so have to pay for another clean as well. DO NOT USE.

Go Cleaners were great, they were able to arrange an end of tenancy clean last minute for us. Who did our end of tenancy clean did a wonderful job he was really great, very thorough. Thank you Go Cleaners!

Worst Cleaning service ever. Horrible company, Horrible service.

Anna was very cooperative throughout the experience. Her team did an amazing job cleaning my bathroom, kitchen and bedroom rendering the area spotless at a reasonable price. Everything looks good as new. Thank you Anna
