Purchased an item through this website. Electronically paid £650+.
Then I received an email stating the price is wrong, and its will now cost me an extra £180.
I asked for a refund and have been told its going to take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed!!! Very quick to take the money but 10ndays to get it back.
I shall not be using this company ever again and would urge other to avoid.
Phoned in the morning asking for next day delivery of an item that was not held in stock, got a call back and received next day as promised!

We have got a big old house and needed a machine to look after the various types of floors. After an in depth phone conversation with a very helpful person in their customer services I decided to buy a Floormac machine.
Not only can I polish the oak floors I can also "damp mop" the tiled floors with the included micro fibre cleaning pad.
