You can advertise that customers build their trust with your firm but in reality it doesn’t happen.
I have been a repeat customer every month for over two years without a blemish on my payments paid a
S per my signed agreements yet it takes several hours or longer to approve mostly a relative small loan.
The reuest should not have to go through a loan officer if there’s aby trust in my dealings with you. It should be immediately with an e-transfer to a client with a triple A ratings which which i feel I should be based on my record history

I have gone two months without being…
I have gone two months without being paid, and I provided written notice to them of that, and they intentionally ignore my email until well after they can stop the withdrawal. Otherwise known as theft of money I do not have.
I have initiated legal action against them and will sue if the withdrawal comes out.

Didn’t receive transfer, no one corresponds back within a decent timeframe. Horrible customer service. Not happy what so ever and issue still not resolved.
