Good service, I understand there might be some negative reviews but Godmade came through with this one. On time and really good quality.

I have also been waiting for an order since December, Fake dpd tracking, lack of contact. Same as others have posted. Have done some digging around and found out that Godmad Clo is registered to The Leasing.Com Stadium, London Road, Macclesfield, England, SK11 7SP.
Gave them a quick all just and the lady i spoke to seemed a little fustrated... Said she didn't know anything about it but would "speak to the owners". Strange to say the least.

Please take note of the reviews, they are 100% accurate. Do not order from godmadeclo.com! This is extremely poor customer service at its best!

Waited over a month for a hoodie and Tshirt to be delivered. You get a fake dispatch notification via DPD, only for them to revoke it. No communication when you’ll receive the item. Endless amount of excuses about shipping delays/disruptions when other brands are sending out their products fine.

After waiting over a month for a hoodie, they sent me the wrong size! Now they’re not responding to any of my emails.

Irrespective of the quality of their product. I highly recommend avoiding ordering from them, you will experience problems for sure.

Obviously a poorly managed company, with shocking customer service and communication and very unprofessional! Their items aren’t cheap to warrant the risk to purchase either.

Please believe me when I say, avoid at all costs!

Still haven’t received my order from 1 of December keep lying about Christmas and still not sending my money back or tracking or delivery of items - this is just a big shame after trying to support a brand

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and have not received any updates in regarding to getting my item. No dispatch email no delivery date and apologised for it being delayed. they have ignored all emails sent and has not replied on instagram either. It’s shocking that brands act this way when all you have to do is send what you have received money for! I will be calling my bank once I finish this review and will be disputing this with them as god mode just ignore everything

Lied about dispatched.
I can see from other reviews that people are having the same issue as me. GodMade are lying about dispatching orders. DPD have still not received my order and it’s been 2 months.

I wouldn’t say GodMade are scamming people because I’ve ordered from them in the past, the delivery was horribly late but, I received my order.

However they have definitely bitten off more than they can chew. It’s clearly too many orders for them to process and instead of being honest with customers they keep stalling and lying about “Christmas has caused a delay”.

Our orders are probably still being made in Asia somewhere and haven’t even made it to England yet!

GodMade just be honest about what’s going on. You’ve ignored my email. If I don’t receive the refund, or get an honest explanation, my next step is Small Claims Court.

If your planning to buy from godmade dont bother. They lie about delivery times, they send false alerts about your parcel being on its way. I’ve been waiting 2 months and in emails all they keep saying is its on its way. Loads of customers are complaining under their comments on instagram and their deleting the comments rather than solving the issue so this company is very aware of what their doing. Im literally going to call the bank and get a charge back for what i ordered. Never ever ordering this brand again! And people dont waste your time trust me! They dont value their customers clearly..

Trust the other 1 star reviews. This company is either a scam or ran by people with no clue on customer service or want to suceed and grow a reputable brand. Must be in Harvey Nichols by some total fluke. Had no reply to emails. Have a dpd track and dpd report never even having the parcel. Ordered on 28th November 24 and it's now nearly January 25. So same as what others are reported. Avoid and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Horrendous. Shouldn’t take orders if you cannot deliver the actual product.

Ordered in Novemever - it is now 26th December and still do not have any updates on when my order will be even dispatched!?

A company who are in Harrods have possibly the worst customer service I have ever used.

Never received my order despite ordering 4 weeks ago. Contacted them several times and given false dates as to when order would arrive.

Hopefully other people read reviews before ordering

I’d give them less stars if I could. Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a month ago for Christmas and still have no update on the order. Once I finally got through to customer services they assured me my order would be delivered before Christmas, it is now the 23rd and still no update and no replies from customer services anymore. They dont do refunds so I couldn’t even just cancel the order and get something else. Absolutely awful company

Placed an order back in November. Still not received the item. They won’t respond to messages. Awful customer service.

Would give 0 stars if possible, ordered in November items still not arrived and they completely ignore all attempts to contact, take your money quick enough…..avoid!

ordered 4th december. sent multiple emails and contact on social media and been totally ignored! no item has yet been shipped despite being updated that a dpd label has been printed a week ago but DPD have not recieved the parcel!! disgusting! would never order again. Hope Harvey Nichols stop stocking their clothes, appaling non existent customer service

Do not shop. Having an awful experience with them, sending a faulty item and then the wrong item. Item returned end of October and still not refunded and now ignoring messages. Absolutely awful. 0 star if possible - avoid having your money taken off you and not returned.

Ordered 2 tees, received 1 after a month later, was told other 1 would be shipped out, then it was out of stock, so a refund would be issued, still waiting for that at 3 weeks, worst company I’ve ever had to deal with DO NOT BUY

I bought the Mardona T-shirt, was suppose to be delivered the following week but it took over 2 months to be delivered. I contacted them and no response, very poor service

Purchased 2 x t-shirts 21st June. Now 27th August with no sign of them, no tracking details ever. Visually t shirts look good, but the lack of customer service is apalling. Thankfully paid on my credit card and done a chargeback. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Order took over 2 months to arrive, when it eventually arrived it was the wrong hoodie and I was missing the t-shirt I ordered. It’s basically impossible to get in contact with them.

Amazing brand and quality of clothing is one of the best I’ve seen! Will definitely be buying again.
