LIES and DELAYS
This company is terrible, to think a start up company/a new company trying to compete in the game would be thriving to provide the best service.. NO they do everything opposite. Have shopped with them on Black Friday sale, everything listed as in stock, meaning that it would be ready to dispatch. No where on there website it has said to expect any delays or on there socials, that is a complete lie. Until now still have not received my order, continuously promised I would receive it on a their ‘set’ day but nothing changes or is dispatched on DPD, they just give you a false sense of hope to communicate the order to DPD and blame it on them but in fact it is not the couriers fault it is theres. They have over taken orders and will not admit it! If you also read carefully they are breaching their own terms of service as well. DO NOT shop with them, at this point this is theft.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered my clothes over a month ago, still nothing. They are ignoring all emails. Terrible customer service! I would advise to stay away from this company! ---- UPDATE: STILL NOTHING FROM THESE GUYS I REALLY WISH THERE WAS SOMETHING I COULD DO TO GET THESE GUYS BACK. THEY EVEN DELETE COMMENTS WHEN PEOPLE COMPLAIN ON INSTAGRAM! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE THIEFS!! ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered something 27th November. Was told was Black Friday would be delayed, messaged them on instagram to be told would receive the parcel for Christmas. Dpd received orders details but didn’t recieve order, messages agin was told it would be here for Christmas again. Was then told if didn’t receive tracking by Saturday (today) won’t get parcel to next week. Then was told they have told whoever to post the parcel yesterday. Surprise surprise no parcel has been posted. So I’m now short of a Christmas present, and told can’t get a refund due to delayed delivery.

Delivery and customer service
Delivery and customer service is atrocious. Do not expect your clothes to come within the time period tgey give you (usually say 5-7 days) takes way longer. As I try to contact them they take forever to respond. Very unhappy and they give false information
