This is the second time we have used Go Floor It and we would highly recommend them. Excellent service from start to finish. Richard came to measure up and after picking out the laminate flooring our quote arrived the next day. Two weeks later it was fitted. Joe and Jack, the fitters, always consulted us if they hit a snag and laid the flooring in two days. The whole process was easy, professional and very satisfactory. What a superb job Mark has made of our hall floor. The floor looks absolutely wonderful and has already received many favourable comments from visitors. We are really delighted both with the service and quality of workmanship.

I don't go anywhere else for my flooring and carpets as they always look after us and provide a great service. This time ordered new carpet for the stairs and landing, and LVT (Brampton Chase) for my son's bedroom. From the home visit / measure up and quoting to the fitting, all went smoothly as usual. Richard from Gofloorit was aware we needed the job done as quickly as possible and slotted us in so we were only waiting about 2 -3 weeks. Fitting was great, clean tidy, and no damage. They even replaced some scuffed / scratched planks to existing LVT (another old Gofloorit job from a good few years ago) for us, for a very reasonable price. All in all another very good experience with this company. I highly recommend.

The carpet had been ordered and kept in store until required. The Carpet fitter arrived on time and has done a very good job fitting the carpet.

Easy straightforward process to select the carpet for our stairs and landing. Good advice provided about which carpet was suitable for the job. Speedy service between selection and fitting. I was provided with helpful information about the timing of the fitting. The fitters were friendly and did an excellent job fitting the carpet

Go floor it has been amazing, from first initial contact to wrapping up payment at the end. The process was smooth, Richard was really knowledgeable and helpful and Platinum were very helpful with moving furniture. We had our 4 bed house fitted with carpets in August 2022 and the guys helped move furniture and completed the job within 2 day with no hiccups. It felt stress-free and we are very happy with the finish product, 6+ months on and it's still looking fab. Thank you!
