Over the past six months, Ed has been fantastic—helpful, reliable, and easy to deal with throughout. Inspired Design Kitchens offered the best price at the time of ordering my appliances. They researched the products I wanted giving me help and guidance with specifications of various manufactures models and stored my appliances until I was ready and delivery came directly to me in London, on a truck from IDK in Leeds free of charge.
Two way communication was really easy with direct line telephone conversations.

After deciding that we needed to buy some new kitchen appliances, we had seen an advert on the TV advertising the Bora hob with extractor. Inspired design kitchens came up as a good supplier for not only Bora but other good quality makes. The guy that dealt with us from start to finish was named Ed. He was absolutely brilliant, not only with his product knowledge but going above and beyond on many occasions. I would definitely recommend this company they sell good quality appliances and the prices are very competitive. Ed made our experience very good even our electrician mentioned how impressed he was with the help that Ed gave him when we hit an installation problem!
Would definitely use this company again…

Having a cooker filter subscription takes the pain out of remembering to buy and replace it every year.

I get an email notification that my order is being shipped and a few days later it arrives, I replace the filter and hey presto I am good for another month.

I purchased a Bora induction hob from this company. From initial contact to final delivery I was kept informed and updated by Ed and it arrived pretty much on the date he stated. The price was very good too.

I first got in touch to get a quote for a Bora S Pure. It was the keenest quote I came across and Isabella was very helpful. As the price and company reviews were excellent, I inquired about a Quooker tap and added this to my shopping list too. In due course, I asked Isabella to research ovens and dishwashers and she listened to what I seemed to be looking for and found various options at different prices. We communicated via email and on phone calls and I trusted Isabella and appreciated her warmth and personal service.
We had one hitch due to unexpected stock issues with our chosen oven which needed to arrive while out kitchen fitters were still in situ. Isabella did her utmost to source the oven elsewhere then handled an immediate refund when it became more expedient for us to access the model elsewhere. I made an enquiry for a Bora hob with Isabella. I emailed alot asking many questions. She was extremely helpful and even though I didn't buy for a few months eventually I ordered. She also chased up the courier. So excellent service from Isabella .
