This company is horrible and needs to…

This company is horrible and needs to be investigated they steal packages and don’t deliver packages to right addresses I have placed a order and reviewed my address and they keep stating abnormal address more then likely because I’m in an apartment I will not be ordering off of a SHEIN anymore due to this terrible ass delivery company they use

This is absolutely the worst delivery…

This is absolutely the worst delivery service I’ve experienced. The drivers are super negligent and nothing seems to get done about it. I live in a building with over 100 units and they literally keep leaving my packages on the outside of the secured door to the public and they keep getting stolen. The instructions on my labels say bring to my door but they keep leaving them in a public area that’s covered in signs that say “DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE” after so many complaints they now zoom in on the package so that the signs aren’t visible in the photos anymore. When I called (for maybe the 12th time in the past 4 months) about an time of delivery so I can wait for it they told me 1-3 days is the only window they can give me! I’m out of money and items but they really don’t seem to care

Missing package

Received an alert that my package was out for delivery, in an entirely different state from where I live, with my address clearly stated on their tracking. Two days later, still no package. I've tried contacting them by phone and email and cannot get a response.

Guess what GoFo Means?

Like others, I'd give this zero or negative stars, if I could. Unbelievable that a delivery company won't deliver to government facilities, including the USPS. I can only infer this is because they failed trusted security background verification checks. I hope they're better at returning product because they sure can't deliver it.

Gofo delivered 7 of my packages to my…

Gofo delivered 7 of my packages to my postal provider on a Sunday when they are not open, gofo left my packages directly in front of a sign telling them not to deliver on Sundays, all 7 of my packages were stolen, gofo is responsible for my packages being stolen. This is not the first time gofo has delivered packages to the postal providers building when they are not open. The postal provider has multaple signs in multaple places telling delivery drivers not to leave packages when the store is not open. My packages were left less then 2 feet away from such a sign. This is completely unprofessional and unexceptable. Gofo needs to be shut down until they can insure there drivers know how to read.

This Company Stole My Package

Took pictures of package they delivered, but it was one package and it was supposed to be 3. My husband was at the location when they reportedly delivered but they never rang the bell. After reading the review of this company, I believe your driver stole my product. And, your AI assistant is absolutely annoying.

Since in the middle of 2025 TEMU…

Since in the middle of 2025 TEMU switched the shipping of all of my orders to GOFO the sound of the name goffing off the name itself is Red Flag. every package that GOFO carried marked with this:GOFO said that your package is being returned to the sender.

1. You can request a refund after 2 days. If the package is still on the way, we'll first check the delivery status to confirm the situation.
2. Even if you don't request a refund, we will automatically issue one once it is confirmed that the package has been returned.) I got a phone call telling to call them, my package need instraction. What more instraction do they but come incide my building leave the package infront of my door do not toast my package outside a keyed door building with over 100 of residence. Why would I contact GOFO to beging with? I ordered and paid for my goods, the merchant is resposible to delibed my goodst at my door os in the mail room put inside my parcel pending locker. My over all stars is negative 0,

Never gets the right address

They are know to put a package at the wrong address and mis handle it. Even if you call in advance they still put at the wrong address. If someone is using them as a courier cancel the delivery. They are garbage

Seriously terrible customer service

Seriously terrible customer service. I provided detailed instructions several times and GOFO’s customer repeatedly asked me to verify my location. I asked the seller just to cancel any orders that is been delivered by them. I don’t even feel comfortable placing orders in the future as long as they’re part of the game..

Worst “courier” service ever

Worst “courier” service ever! They are liars and fraudulent! Not even sure why Shein is using them now. They steal packages and give false delivery updates. If you order from Shein, Temu, just know you wont receive your stuff 9 times out of 10 and if you do, they will throw it like its worthless, take a pic and walk off.

SCAM

SCAM! I have tried over a month to receive my package, however the tracking keeps saying “recipient not home, delivery failed”. However I have been home every day and waited outside for over 2 hours. The delivery guy doesn’t even attempt to drive to the address, nor does he even walk to the door. Absolutely beware. You will lose your packages and money!

I wrote a review Feb 5, 2026 about two packages delivered to the same wrong address two different days.
Since then,I received two different packages delivered to the right address, never received a call, or pic with text or knock on the door, but did receive two packages.
I would not have ordered if I knew it was GOFO, but I did receive merchandise, undamaged, so now I've lost two orders and received two orders, meaning GOFO is 50/50, still would not recommend GOFO.
You go "GOFO" and GOFO be good, or not.

Driver refuses to come to a rural area…

Driver refuses to come to a rural area to deliver and then lies and says it is a business with no access. I have called numerous times. The agent lies and says it will be delivered that day. The agent will not connect you to a supervisor, and when you ask for information about the company they say they are not allowed to tell you anything about the company or its background. Fly by night. Shady and preferred by Chinese junk peddlers.

They are rude and inconsiderate…

They are rude and inconsiderate delivery. I have requested many times to use the package box by my door and repeatedly they throw in puddles and everywhere else. I have RA and it hurts to get off ground which is why I have a package box by my door Drivers are rude and inconsiderate. Customer service is rude and doesn’t care GOFO is horrible!

HORRIBLE

This company is horrible customer service is horrible I will post pics but my package was to be delivered on the 22nd it's now the 25th and they keep changing the delivery date so I finally had it after being patiently, waiting for 3 days, going on 4 days and this customer service agent was helping me after 22mins I said something no response sent afew messages after that she never came back after she said she was going to track my package I will never recommend this company to anyone never got a apology for all this non sense
