"Lost" my package an hour from my house

I initially did not have issues with this company despite the bad reviews from others. However, I guess it was finally my turn. A delivery was taking longer than expected, and when I investigated, I saw that it had left the SEATAC hub 17 days ago, which is usually the final leg before delivery. I found this concerning and sent an email - no reply. I called their customer hotline where I was told "so sorry, it's lost. Contact the seller for a refund" with refusal to investigate any further. Absolutely unacceptable.

This shipping service always returns my…

This shipping service always returns my package to the sender and the one time they did order it they put it in a totally different location. The excuse is always the location is in the middle of the street but there’s large building and apartment numbers so a child could figure out where they have to go.

If only you can put zero I could have done it. Who would deliver a package in an alley at the back of the building? If they can only think that just like themselves what ever we ordered paid by hard earned money! Be fair to customers.

gofo opens packages before delivery

I received a package with Temu content. This delivery service used a box cutter to view the content, then delivered the package opened. I called to report and was given an email to write a complaint /photo false website

Temu, has received numerous complaints regarding missing packages, inaccurate "delivered" statuses, and poor customer service. Customers frequently report items being left in unsafe locations or not delivered at all, with many reviews calling it a "worst carrier".
they replaced my items at the bottom of my yard for the Mexicans to come in my yard and steal it as opposed to putting the items on my front porch where they belong because I’ve asked him 1000 times. This is the worst service that God ever created in the world. The people are lazy and do a horrible job.

This is the worst delivery company in…

This is the worst delivery company in the world they need to just hang it up and quit trying to deliver gofo can't even follow directions of the address that is put on the customer's delivery they claim that they come to a gate and can't gain entry but they failed to call the phone number to get entry there's a phone number at the gate call and the office manager will come out and let them in to deliver to the apartments they're delivery people went to Ortiz Drive for Somerset apartments and the address for the delivery was on Madeira Drive for Somerset.
They pretend that they try to make deliveries and they don't even make the deliveries they refuse to make deliveries to this address and multiple other addresses on this street that has locked gated areas they even have the person's phone number and they never attempt to call the person to say delivery is here but the thing was seven of a set out front all day and they never brought no delivery to that gate and the maintenance man seen them on Ortiz Drive trying to gain entry of the gate we don't live on Ortiz Drive if they can't read English they need to go get a job somewhere else and I am reporting them because if my plants die because I have to wait three additional days they're going to have to eat the cost because I'm going to make them take it back this is the worst company ever they never want to deliver packages here they're afraid of the homeless people they're afraid of the drug addicts that's hanging around and loitering around and they pretend that they want to make a delivery but they never come to the correct address cuz they don't know how to read English I think this business needs to shut their doors. The driver used Google to try to get to the correct address and went to Ortiz Drive one street over from where it's supposed to deliver the package they better hope the plants don't die

WORST SHIPPING SERVICE IN USA

If I could give this people zero Stars I would. 9 out of 10 packages shipped to me using GOFO the packages were either lost or stolen or they Marked the package as unable to deliver. They are the worst delivery company in the United States. I already informed all the companies that I purchased from not to use this GOFO company. TODAY, I was supposed to receive a package that I purchased at Tiktok and they Marked the package as unable to deliver due to address issues. I receive packages every day from different shipping companies and I never had a problem like this before. Every time GOFO is used to ship my orders, the items never arrive. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS FAR AS YOU CAN

BEWARE OF DELIVERIES FROM GOFO. I have received a total of three unsolicited packages that are not the typical very inexpensive type items. One package is from Jerry YASFBARA who is a known brushing scammer. The other two have an address in China and I am not able to track it back to a company. GOFO is suspected of enabling scammers, and this appears to be a brushing scam that they are colluding in. I am never present at time of delivery to refuse them.

Cannot Deliver to Businesses

Done eve try to give them business address. They cannot handle them. If you're lucky, it will be left somewhere nearby by untrained couriers with outdated mapping. If you're like me, they'll just mark it as undeliverable and when you call (to Asia), they just say there's nothing they can do since the the address is correct, so there's no extra information for the untrained courier to deliver to the wrong location.

Worst shipping,I stay at an apartment where they have a sign posted don’t leave packages sitting out.They workers leave my package out still.Ive had 3 packages stolen.I have a police investigation open current just to get video footage for a refund.Terrible workers

I’m certain this company trains their…

I’m certain this company trains their employees not to go above and beyond when delivering packages. Every time I order something online and end up getting GOFO, every employee does the same thing, toss packages, snap a pic and leave. I call customer service, but they’re no help. I request online to use USPS but end up with this company. It’s very frustrating.

their website “tracking” is unbelievably non user friendly. times given for receiving at one hub, and departure where times of package handling are not in AM or PM Status. when I click the tracking number (in this case Ebay, it brings you to their tracking site where you have to type in the tracking number!? all other carriers use the tracking number you “click” on. package hasn’t arrived yet but with the overwhelming negative reviews i’m reading i”ll be one of the lucky few that actually receives it. (fingers crossed 🤞

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Service is horrible. They don't listen when you tell them something is going wrong. The drivers lie and say that the packages are signed for and they just leave it right on the floor in a location that is easy to steal.. even though they take pictures of when they leave it at the company still acts like the driver did nothing wrong. I'm not ordering from any company that uses this delivery service

I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS!!!

I am a property manager and this company should be investigated as their drivers NEVER deliver the package to the units. Even after instructing them to deliver it to the unit, they pretend they are and leave it in the elevator or elevator landing. They dump it where ever they want. They'll leave packages in the landscaping and outside our property.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Nothing but bots over at "customer service". The drivers throw packages at your door. Literally the WORST delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of using. Next time I see a company using them as their delivery services, I will cancel my order pronto.

I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with a recent delivery. If it were possible to leave a rating lower than one star, I would do so. My package was thrown into my garden and left exposed to the elements; by the time I located it, the item was completely waterlogged and damaged.
