This company is a disgrace.

This company is a disgrace.

Took my phone on the 8th of March and have continually ignored me on IG dms and email, oirignally tried to claim my Iphone was a fake even though I sent them the IMEI and receipts etc

Every time me or anyone comments on their IGM page, they delete the comments and keep the clearly (fake reviews) up.

I've already spoken to the Met about them and there's an active case now open against both directors.

5 days and non payment yet

First, my phone had no issues, then they offered £650, but when it arrived they invented several defects that it didn't have. I didn't accept the first offer, but then they made other proposals, I accepted £500, they said they would pay on the same day, but it's been 5 business days and nothing!

Recently sold my phone

Recently sold my phone, sending it off was quick and simple they give you the QR code too scan and you package your device and the post office take care of the rest, payment was received same day they received the device, would use again
