Check this company out on company's house basically run by 2 people in their 20s , the company is classed as dormant, so basically shudnt be trading
They use an outside company to pay you
To hide what they are doing which if your lucky takes 2 weeks !!!!
After constantly email them !!!
They try and add you to WhatsApp to stop you leaving reviews.
They pay less than they say all lies saying scratches on fone !!!
Report them to the police 🚔
They are total scammers!!!

Joke of a company. Sent an iPhone 13, near perfect condition. Only issue was the battery life which was below 85%. Received a counter offer of £100 less than the initial offer, apparently screen and casing was covered in scratches. It wasn’t at all, I had inspected the phone and taken multiple photos. Also claimed the speaker was muffled and quiet, I’d found no issue with this using the phone daily.
I accepted the offer reluctantly, knowing the process of returning the phone would be lengthy and stressful.

To top it all off, I’ve only now just received payment… eight days after they received my phone. ONE WHOLE WEEK TO PROCESS A PAYMENT! Never heard of any system that takes that long to pay out. Also received an email on the day I was supposed to receive payment saying it was delayed… Please explain how it can be delayed when it’s scheduled for that day.

So the whole “same day payment” is absolute bullshit. Crap company. Seriously need to be investigated.

Wish I’d read the reviews on here rather than Facebook. Seems a common practice with them to offer way below the initial amount, claim issues that are not present and then withhold payment as long as possible. Do not sell your phone to this company. There are much more reputable companies out there.

Avoid this company at all cost.

They give an initial quote that seemed reasonable to get customer to send their phone into them, only for them to go back on it later by pointing to terms and conditions that were never clearly explained upfront.

To make matters worse, it then took a long time to receive my money. Communication during this period was poor, and I had to repeatedly chase for updates with little response.

Never use this company.

the process of selling my phone was made so simple by them, they gave me regular updates on my phone and the money arrived quickly in my account, they respond very quickly to emails aswell, makes the whole process nerve free

Great idea but poor execution. Need to have clearer terms on what qualifies for payment and what needs to be done on each device before being sent.

Absolutely disgusting company!!! Original offer £145, which they then emailed to say the offer was now £42 as it has 3 scratches. It did not have any scratches when I sent it, I took photos. On looking into this company further, including Companies House, a lot of positive reviews on here must be fake!!! When I receive my phone back I am going to take it to an independent person to check for any damage they have done to my phone and I will be taking civil action. Including the length of time they have my phone, this will also be included. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY.

When I used Go Green Gadgets for the first time I was sceptical before using them. However when they accepted my old iPhone even with all the scratches I had on it and the price which was agreed on the quote was given, I immediately went hunting for more old phones in draws at home and was again so happy with the service and price! Can’t recommend them enough!!!
